Fantastic location near main restaurants, beach and Pacific Fair. Staff were amazing - very helpful and responsive to all requests. Rooms were large and kitchen/laundry facilities were very useful with a family

Pretty good location near the heart of broadbeach and the living room was nice and spacious, with a full kitchen and laundry equipment.

The noise! We were located on the 5th floor and were constantly woken up by the sounds of bins and cars. I have never stayed in a room with such poor sound proofing. Also the bathroom was not ideal, with a lack of bench space and 2 doors that opened into each other.

very clean and staff service was amazing

none of the service tech worked. The advert with the QR code ordering for the burger joint (Freddy’s?) attached to the hotel took our order, but after waiting for an hour for our food O had to go down to the restaurant and discover they didn’t get our order and they had run out of beef burgers (a burger restaurant!). we then had to wait another hour for our food. also, the pool service QR ordering stopped working for our stay.
