Clean, comfortable, nice neighborhood. Needed to borrow blankets from family who lives in Naples.

Accommodations were good.

The house displays pride of ownership with cute Keys style porch, beautiful driveway, new kitchen, the 2nd entrance with private Boca style bedroom, well placed modern lighting, tastefully decorated, all finished impeccably; and looking, feeling and smelling brand new. Not a single dust particle. We enjoyed very much. Great backyard, beautiful lighting at night. We are not into pools so this was ideal for us. Excellent silent neighbors and location close to water and easy to come out to 41 for shopping. Walk to Japanese restaurant.

Very nice two bedroom two bath home. All updated and in excellent condition. Very good washer and dryer also. Convenient location to walk to the beach and view the oceanfront homes.

They have a wonderful cozy house. I recommend the place if you have pets. Great fenced in beautiful yard!

Very nice home

This was a very clean cozy home that was perfectly fine for a family of 5. The children were in 1 room and my husband and I in the master. The decor was beachy and very clean. The bathrooms and kitchen were gorgeous and clean. Really appreciated the beach chairs that were on the property. 5 minutes from Vanderbilt beach and 20 minutes from historic downtown. Would definitely book again!

Super clean great location would definitely use again

My husband and 2 children in their 20s were visting our family who live in the area. We have been coming to Naples for 20 years. This was the perfect location! Walk to Vanderbilt Beach, Mercado across 41 and a short drive to downtown Naples. This house is exactly as shown! So clean and comfortable. Great hang out space when not enjoying the outdoors. Well equipped with all that you need. Only exception would be the beach chairs. These should be upgraded. We would definitely stay here again!

It was close to where I needed to go for multiple trips - the reason why I had to stay in Naples.

House is exactly as shown. Cannot speak to closeness to beaches as we were here to visit family. Great yard for pets!

Very easy communication with a host when needed. Attention to details stands out for this particular home, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay inlc beach pass. This house is in Naples Park. Very close to Vanderbilt Beach, the Turtle Club and the Mercato! All you need is just a few minutes away for a great vacation!

The house was adorable & maintained well! The big yard was perfect for my two yorkies, they enjoyed it very much! We loved walking into dog treats & chocolates :) everything was great and we enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you for making our Naples getaway perfect!

This was our fourth stay at this property in the last 9 months. We don’t even search for other properties anymore. It just makes you feel like you’re at home!

We had a few issues the first day but the owners are very easy to communicate with and took care of everything right away. Very nice home in a great location and nice neighborhood. The only downside is that the couches could use some TLC or replacing, but everything else was great! Nice private, fenced in backyard for the dogs and for lounging. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Would stay here again if I came back to Naples.

Perfect place to stay, beautiful renovation Close to beach. Beds very comfortable. About 25 mins to downtown Naples. Would stay again without hesitations. Had our 2 small dogs who loved the fenced back yard.

We had the most wonderful time in North Naples Park at this lovely home. Smart, spacious and simple accommodations for our family of 5 with our pup. The backyard is fully fenced and secure, with a lovely lawn to play in. The birds were amazing. We ate outside on patio each evening. The four twins in the kids room was perfect for our crew and the master suite was very comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and very easy to use. We loved that the bonus room could provide a place for the kids to watch a movie if we were watching something else in the living room. The laundry was very efficient. Every day we visited the state park beach with the complimentary pass - especially for sunsets - which was a 3 min drive. This location is fantastic for so much of what Naples has to offer. Each morning and night we enjoyed long walks around the neighborhood, which was extremely quiet and well maintained. The owner has done a fabulous (and smart) job of preparing this house for guests and we absolutely loved it. Wonderful week in a great house!

The outside of the home does not do it justice. Fully remodeled and very clean. One mile from the beach and situated in a nice neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again.

In the older, established community of Naples Park, this cozy home has been updated very nicely to provide guests with a well-appointed, adorably decorated, comfortable place to stay. Very clean. The fenced back yard with patio is great for guests with dogs. Located near several beaches, multi-use paths, shopping and parks. And an easy drive to old town Naples. This home met our needs perfectly and we recommend it highly. A more liberal cancellation policy would be an improvement.

This property was sparkling clean and decorated beautifully! It had everything we needed! The location is perfect! It is a short walk to the beach about 1 mile! It is about a 15 minute walk to the Catholic Church which was convenient for us! Absolutely loved our stay!

Really clean, updated cottage. Perfect for two or three. Great yard for dogs. My only criticism would be that kitchen is poorly equipped for long term renters or those that prefer to cook rather than dine out.

We enjoyed one week early January 2021. Beautiful home, modern clean and great location close to beaches. Our dogs loved the fenced-in back yard and the Bonita Dog Beach near Lovers Key is not to be missed for any dog lover. Be sure to check the tide schedule and arrive at low tide so your doggie can play on the open sand bar.

Owners have completed an incredible updating of this 2 bedroom single family house! Ever detail was covered - comfy beds, comfy living space, nice kitchen with all the supplies, updated bathrooms, even a really nice sized gas grille in the fully fenced back yard. Our dog LOVED running circles and figure 8's back there. Close to the beach and even a family pass to save you some $$. We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in the area.

We loved our place at 578 104th Avenue. The house is in a great location within walking distance of the beach and near by shopping and restaurants. The house was decorated nicely with all needed items to make us feel comfortable. We loved sitting on the front screened porch watching people go by and seeing sunsets. The fenced in yard was great from our doggie and we liked eating outside. Highly recommend this house.
