Nice house with plenty of beds for vacation with extended family. Very very close to the beach.

Amazing house, beautiful view!! Lots of space, very clean a 2 minute ( if that) walk to the beach. I would stay forever if possible. Sandi is great with communication. Can't say it enough how great our stay was, will definitely stay again.

Sandi and her house were wonderful! The house was an easy barefoot walk to the beach. It had everything we could ask for in a beachside vrbo-bodyboards, surfboards, bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach carts. The house welcomes kids. Downstairs in the game room our teenage kids spent the evenings playing a basketball hoop game and on the pool table. We had a long list of popular DVDs to choose from on the one rainy day. Closets are full of little kid toys. There were two rocket launches while we were there and Sandi was great at telling my group about them and even reminding us about them. I cannot say enough about Sandi. She was so thorough in her visitor information. She sent us emails with details about the property, area golf courses, fishing charters, restaurants, and surf lessons, and much more. We used her recommendations often and were not disappointed. When I enquired about sailing, she went out of her way to get me information. This was months before I met her. The house itself feels huge. Plenty of room for our group of 10. The layout was perfect. The kitchen had a great view of the ocean. I could actually watch my kids surf as I prepared meals. Every morning I watching the sun come up from my bed. Sandi was generous in so many ways. I won’t give details as I don’t want to create expectations, but please know she impressed us over and over again with her generosity.

The proximity to the beach is worth everything! My group was my 90 year old grandmother, my parents in their 60s, my husband, and 2 and 5 year old. Each morning my youngest and I did the quick walk to the beach (1 house over and down a quick side walk) for sunrise that was absolutely my favorite. The surfers were fun to watch and we just sat and enjoyed the beauty. It’s also worth mentioning that the sunrise is beautiful from the deck on the main floor and the windows of the third floor master! It’s close enough to go back and forth as often as necessary. Sandi has literally everything you could possibly need and the very best part for us was the beach equipment and towels. She has umbrellas, chairs, a wagon, a beach cart and everything you need to spend the day at the ocean. Honestly, anything you need, Sandi will have at her beach home. She was quick to respond to any questions I had and the best part was she alerted us to a launch that we got to watch from the beach on our last night. My family made lasting memories! My grandmas favorite part was the cotton candy skies at night. We hope to be back!

This beautifully decorated, 3 story home was well stocked with every amenity for all ages, with a view of the beach which is a short 1/2 block away. The owner was very accommodating and friendly. Our greatest challenge was to keep the crawling babies and toddlers safely away from the 15 steps stairs in-between floors and for us older folks who are used to single story. It is not a space for large dogs because of the many beautiful fragile decor throughout the house and does not allow dogs on the beach. We had already decided not to bring the two family Labradors before we knew of these details. There is much to do close by and plenty of sitting areas indoor and outdoor, for just doing nothing. Thank you for letting us use your beach house.

Everything was Perfect and near everything that was needed for my family the home was prepared with everything that was needed !! The house was excellent and the set up perfect!! The property manager was excellent with all the information that was needed and very professional!!!

Great balcony view from 2nd floor and good location nice yard. Has roaches in the kitchen. We seen them every night. The 2nd floor pullout couch looked like it had faeces on in and something living in the mattress. We quickly closed it and didn't use it. 2 out of 6 bikes work. 20 pole sticks but only one has the tip. 1 out of 20 body boards are in working condition. The 19 are all the cheap foam ones and are all broke minus one I left. Beach is full of seaweed and jelly fish. We had 6 stings in the week. We did get charged for a surf boardthat was already breaking and it broke. Birds have a nest in a sofit watch out when sitting there. Place also smelled like animal urine till we cleaned it.

This was 1 minute walk to the beach! Perfect location and lots of things to do at the house, including basketball shot tracker, pool table, video games. So many items provided for use at the property. Sandi was great with communications and recommendations!

We had a wonderful vacation! The views were great in family room, on deck and in upstairs master bedroom. The bed in the upstairs master was extremely comfortable. It was nice not having to bring any towels, shampoo and soap. The walk to beach was practically in the backyard. In the evening Everyone had a fun time playing pool, sitting in hot tub and roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. Sandi and Donna were super friendly and helpful. Thank you for the bottle of wine! Hope to be back next year!!

This place had so much, it accommodated all ages in our group of 10, from 3 to 67. Had all the things needed for a day at the beach and the hostess was very welcoming. The view of the beach was beautiful.

Great location, exactly what I was expecting, owners communication was great she made sure we had everything we needed for a great vacation. House is extremely well stocked.

The property was just a 3 minute walk to beach. Morning and evening view from balcony was incredible. We would sit and watch cruise ships come in and out of Port Canaveral. Plenty of room for our large family. Lots of things to do. House had everything you would need for a beach vacation. Hot tub and fire pits were pluses. Really enjoyed property!

Sandi is great at communicating and accommodating our needs! It's very hard to please a group of 14 but Sandi had no problem. The kids had tons of amenities to enjoy and adults were minutes from the beach and any grocery needs. The decor was extremely entertaining! From making reservation to check in, process was flawless. Sandy consistently communicated quickly to questions and requests. Holiday home decorations set the festive spirit. This house had all the amenities as listed in the description. There were plenty of things to keep the kids occupied, they especially enjoyed the bikes to venture around. This house is amazing and should definitely be considered if your looking for a family get away.

It was terrible, kitchen had ants everywhere, tv in main room didn’t work, two king beds instead of three as advertised, hot tub jets didn’t work for 2.5 days. Garbage in the kitchen hadn’t been emptied in who knows how long and smelled like vomit and had to be washed outside it was so disgusting. I spoke with owner and she wouldn’t give me any $$ back and just said sorry. Totally unacceptable. Never again.

This is an absolutely amazing property. Close to beach, beautiful views, quiet peaceful neighborhood, tons of things to do and a well stocked kitchen. Even a beautiful bottle of wine and a Halloween gift given to us. Sandi’s website is amazing and gives you all the information you need and more. We’re very grateful at how wonderful Sandi was with communication, generosity and making sure we had everything we needed. Thanks Sandi!!

We were able to see many sites near the area. Was very near the beech. 2nd and 3rd floor excellent views of the ocean.

I organized our first ever family beach trip and chose Sandi’s house for it. When I tell you this house had everything I mean EVERYTHING! Boogie boards, coolers, beach chairs, bycicles, life vests, baby stuff like high chairs, baby gates, just anything you could think of. The decor was out of this world and made the trip even more lively. The beach was stunning and just a quick walk. Will be recommending this house to friends and family. Sandi was quick to respond and checked on us throughout the trip, she is just a wonderful host! Looking forward to coming back

We really enjoyed our week. The property is so close to the beach with great ocean views. We have stayed at many places where the kitchen had the bare minimum to cook and serve with, but that is not the case here- VERY well stocked home. AND we certainly didn't expect to be supplied with boogie boards, surf boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and wagons to get it all to the beach! She has that listed online, but you cannot imagine how MANY things she has available for use! Quiet, safe neighborhood- many activities in the area (we took a great kayaking trip one day). The only down side was my misinterpretation of the bedrooms. The listing says 4 bedrooms on the front page, but the 4th is actually a mattress on a base in the basement/ gameroom (not seen in the gameroom pics online). The pictures just show the fold out sectional, so I didn't understand that the game room was one of the bedrooms. From experience, I know not to look at just the written description regarding bedrooms, so I also went through all the pictures to count bedrooms before we booked. In the pictures I counted the master bedroom twice because in one picture there is a ruffled chaise lounge to the left of the bed and the lighting makes the bed look lighter, but in 2 other master pics from a different angle, there is a loveseat at the end of the bed and no chaise lounge, and the bed looked darker than other pics, so I thought I was seeing 2 different bedrooms when actually it was all the master. Sooo bottom line I thought we had THREE actual bedrooms for adults and then the ONE kid room with the bunks and full bed. We had 2 couples, a grandmother and some teens on this trip. So we arrived to find out one couple got the master, grandma got the other adult bedroom, the teens in the bunks, but it unfortunately meant one couple stayed on the full mattress in the basement gameroom when I thought we had another bedroom for them. It would've helped for the description to be more clear and the pics updated. However, I also should have called to clarify. Sandy (the owner) is VERY responsive and helpful, and emailed me lots of amenities and suggestions for the area before we arrived. Also Donna who helps clean etc was also very responsive and checked on us after arrival. If we travel to the area again, we would certainly stay here again, but maybe with fewer adults:)

We arrived Saturday evening for a weeks stay, the house right away had to many things wrong, the hot tub was slimy so we called the housekeeper Donna about that, the pool man could not come till Monday, 6 bikes only 2 worked, man came by Wednesday for that, the game room had a permanent bed attached to the couch, could not sit and watch the kids play, had a foos ball game outside in the weather, arcade game was broken, she ask us to remove our shoes, but the floor was nasty causing the children to have dirty feet, this house has no direct access to the beach as shown in the pictures!!, fire escape was broke and blocked off with do not enter!!, there was a grill, but you have to bring your own propane, we went to the beach, the umbrellas did not match up, the tent was broken and the beach chairs were rusty, and we could not get some of the televisions to work, the only thing I can say she did send people over to fix some things but that was to late for us, so for 4000 it was not worth it! We left on Thursday to come home, I did enjoy the neighborhood, the people were very nice, and loved being with my children,Hope she fixed these things before the next renters get there!!!

My extended family enjoyed being so close to the beach. The house provided plenty of sleeping space and allowed for those of us up early to not disturb others. The house had everything- chairs, hot tub, hammock, bikes. It was a great week!

The property was exactly as it’s portrayed on Vrbo. Waking up to the view of the ocean from the master bedroom was wonderful. During our week we had between 6 and 8 people coming and going and the house was big enough to handle the traffic without people being on top of each other. Sandi keeps a clean house that has a fun theme throughout which amused us at every turn, all week. Not only does my wife and I feel that we would love to stay here again, but so does all our company that passed through.

Sandi was always available to answer questions prior to and during trip. Check in process easy! Location perfect for family/friends our size. House had most everything needed for a week stay. Although lots of “stuff” in house, it was unique!

Our family with four children (2, 5, 8, 9) stayed at this beach house and it was perfect for a lovely beach vacation. The house is about 1-2 min walk to the beach and the house has all of the beach supplies you need. The house is very kid friendly and has everything you'd need for toddlers and babies--high chair, pack 'n play, gates for stairs, etc. The house was also clean and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. The backyard was very nice with spaces for kids and adults to hang out. We also appreciated the fast internet.Sandi is the best host we have ever had when renting a vacation house. She is so accommodating, gracious and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure that our vacation was going well and that our family was having fun. She helped make our vacation great and we loved staying in her house.

What a wonderful place to stay! We have been coming to Cocoa Beach as a family for 18 plus years now and I can't believe this was our first time staying here! This rental has everything you need and was just perfect for our large family of eight. It is almost impossible to find a place that accommodates large families so I am so glad that we found this gem. The house has beautiful views and is such a short walk to the beach. Not only was the house spacious and clean but Sandi was great. She was so sweet and helpful and I am so thankful for her making our vacation perfect. I truly can not say enough good things about this rental.
