Very small and suffocating rooms. Narrow staircase to carry the luggage up and down. Location is fine. Does not look as promising as the pictures. Absence of basic amenities.

The apartment had everything you could want for a short or long stay. A dishwasher, washing machine, iron and board and well stocked kitchen

There is no lift but that wasn’t a big problem and we knew in advance

The apartment was well furnished and clean.

Although we were told it was a third floor apartment before we arrived, (I'm not sure how early we were told) we weren't told how steep the stairs were and as we were starting a skiing trip, we had two very heavy suitcases with us, we had to virtually empty them to get them upstairs. We were told that luggage storage was available, but weren't given details and decided for personal health and safety reasons not to stay at the apartment. It is possible that the original booking told me it would be a third floor apartment, but I mistakenly hit the confirm booking thinking it was a booking which could have been cancelled if further research proved the property might not be suitable, if it hadn't been for my banking app asking for confirmation of payment, I would have assumed it was cancellable. I contacted the owner on the first evening to let them know we had moved out and had to send them a second message the following day to check they had received the message. It was disappointing to get a very glib response to the fact we hadn't stayed and even more disappointing to get an email on Saturday asking what time we would be leaving on Sunday morning.

Ce logement est plutôt bien situé par rapport au centre-ville. Il y a un supermarché tout prêt. La pièce de vie est assez grand, les chambres sont de taille correcte. Les canapés et les lits (tous des lits simples assez étroits) sont confortables et les couettes agréables. Et chacun fait son lit !

L'appartement un peu en contrebas de la rue et les fenêtres opacifiées, ce n'est pas très agréable. On arrivait un peu à voir les immeubles d'en face joliment éclairés par le haut des fenêtres. Nous avons trouvé que la cuisine manquait de vaisselle et d'ustensiles. Certains verres avaient été rangés non lavés, sympa ... La salle de bains est vieillissante, poignée et accroche-serviettes sont à revisser. Elle comprend les WC qui donnent sur la pièce de vie :-/ Des tâches sur les murs et sur les canapés et les coussins les abat-jours des lampes sont à remplacer. Par contre, on vous met en garde à l'arrivée : vous paierez un nettoyage supplémentaire si vous laissez une trace de maquillage sur les draps ou les serviettes ... La communication avec l'hôte était quasi inexistante, j'ai fait des remarques le premier jour, personne ne m'a répondu. Bref, on sent que c'est un appartement qui doit être rentabilisé avec une déco sommaire, le prix est très cher pour ce que c'est et un bon coup de frais s'impose !

Unable to open windows. They needed to remain closed because rain would come in, therefore bedrooms were very warm at night and doonahs were Winter doonahs which made sleeping conditions hot and uncomfortable. Lounge/sofa was very soiled and very worn, vanity in bathroom was water damaged - the lounge in particular detracted from the cleanliness of the apartment.
