Am avut ghinionul să fim cazați într-o perioadă în care se efectuau lucrări în zonă, fapt ce a dus la imposibilitatea de a parca în apropierea cazării.

Great staff ! I received very good and exact indications on how to check in after midnight. I appreciated the AC in the room was on so I had a very chilly room when I got there. Very nice personel at this hotel.

The room and furniture and bathroom was a little worn out.

Άψογη τοποθεσία, όμορφη θέα, πολύ άνετο κρεβάτι, πρωινό στο δωμάτιο. Μας άφησαν να μπούμε νωρίτερα χωρίς καμία χρέωση.

Μερικά σημεία στο κατάλυμα έχουν υποστεί κάποια φυσική φθορά και δεν είχαν διορθωθεί ή είχαν ημιτελείς εργασίες, ειδικά στο μπάνιο. Δεν έχει ασανσέρ αν και είναι κάτι σύνηθες στην Καβάλα.

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης και γύρω από αυτό υπάρχουν εστιατόρια, καφετέριες, μαγαζιά όπου μπορεις να περπατήσεις με τα πόδια, καθώς δεν χρειάζεται να πάρεις αμάξι. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό, προσχαρο και εξυπηρετικό σε όποια απορία είχαμε και μας βοήθησε με τις βαλίτσες μας καθώς το δωμάτιο μας ήταν στον τρίτο όροφο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο πεντακάθαρο με πολύ άνετο στρώμα και προσεγμένο στυλ. Μεγάλο μπαλκόνι με θέα στην παλιά πόλη. Μια έκπληξη ήταν η μηχανή εσπρέσο και το δωρεαν μίνι πρωινό που μας παρείχαν. Μια νύχτα στην πόλη της Καβαλας που ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας.

The location of the hotel is really great: next to the castle and to the old city, near to the harbor and to the city center. There is a public parking just 5 minutes walking distance away if you are traveling by car. Very friendly and helpful stuff, we were late but they stayed after the official reception hours and waited for our arrival. Thanks for that! Very clean rooms and lobby, modern room facilities.

We booked a suite with a sea view … but there was actually no sea in the view. From the balcony you can only see the building on the other side of the street, the see is In the small left corner of the view. This is not ok and is approaching deception. See my photo for details.

We liked everything - very hospitable hosts, smooth check in, great location, a cosy room with a wonderful view, cleanliness and tidiness of the whole building. Even a small sweet breakfast was provided as a gift.

Nothing to dislike really. Some might have problem with the nearby church bells, as it will ring early in the morning, but we didn't mind it. Clearly not a hotel's fault.
