l'accoglienza di luigi e veronica che e' stata eccezionale pronti a soddisfare ogni necessità, il palazzo d'epoca che accoglie il b@b nel centro storico, la colazione con brioches sfogliatelle insomma abbiamo passato tre notti e tre giorni stupendi aiutati anche dal clima caldo

La struttura è veramente in una posizione comoda , relativamente vicina alla Stazione, al centro storico e alla fermata metro duomo. Luigi è stato sempre disponibilissimo e ci ha dato ottimi consigli

Era tutto ben organizzato, forse il bagno è un po' piccolo, ma ci siamo trovati molto bene

Luigi made check in and out very smooth and easy. He went above and beyond to help us wherever he could as well as recommending some very nice restaurants and cafes!

Sehr gute Lage! Restaurants Shops Metro in der Nähe. Flanierstrasse Spaccanapoli gut erreichbar! Frühstück ausreichend. Luigi und vor allem sein Angestellter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmer und Betten gut.

Türschloss von Zimmer sehr hakelig. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau!

This is a great place to stay in Naples. The rooms are modern and very comfortable and the position in the Centro gives easy access to all of Naples’ attractions, either by walking or by using public transport. On top of this, the very friendly and helpful owners, Luigi and Margherita, and their great staff provide the service at the highest level. We have to say this was what made our 7 night stay so fantastic , and we have found none better in all our travels. From offering advice on where to go and eat to treating us like friends - so very good. The continental breakfast was also terrific. Very highly recommended

Service was great. Even stopped us on our way out to make sure we had a pastry for breakfast. Made several restaurant recommendations and was always available via Whatsapp instantly to answer questions. The cappuccino was awesome. The rooms was clean and comfortable.

We thought we'd requested a reservation for parking, but there was none when we arrived at the parking garage. There was construction being done to the exterior of the building with scaffolding covering the entire side of the building that was noisy. When we asked about this were told that it had been ongoing for 20 days already. We thought we should have been told about this. Also, the bathroom was VERY small.

Firstly & very importantly our host Luigi was fantastic. He could not do enough to help & make our stay the very best. The property is very central & easy access to tours of Ercolano etc. close to very good restaurants, metro & easy walking from central station.

Wifi didn't work in room #3 - only by the door! The so called "breakfast" was one peace of Argentinian sweet pastry with fruit juice. The guy who cleans the rooms is the same one who serves you breakfast! Yuk. Upon arrival we found a bloody Band-Aid by the bathroom sink. The area is ok but would not walk there alone at night. Elevator is very tiny and claustrophobic to get to your room on 3rd floor. The payment for the accommodation is either in cash or with Revolut. NO CREDIT CARD accepted!?!

Very conveniently located in the city center, so all sightseeing spots, restaurants, the central railway station and the harbor can be reached by foot within 10-20 minutes. The building is well isolated and not noisy, there is an elevator. The room is equipped with all necessary basics, the shower is good, air-co works impeccably which was absolutely essential in the hot weather we had. Rooms are cleaned daily. Besides the rooms, there is communal space with a fridge that can be used. Water bottles are offered for free. I mostly enjoyed the friendliness, openness and eagerness to help of the owners. Luigi was there to give advice on our travelling and dining plans, to help arrange a taxi and adjust the breakfast options. Communication via WhatsApp was always quick and on point. Breakfast was fresh, various and very tasty, good coffee, too. On the street, there is a small grocery store and plenty of restos, including the famous L'antica pizzeria da Michele.

The place is very well located just a few minutes walking from the train station and the city centre. The room was spacious with air conditioning which we really appreciated in the heat. We also got great tips from the hosts for eating out and places to visit!

The building is under reconstruction at the moment so you can hear the construction works, especially in the morning. The electricity goes off few times a day, but we were assured that it’s normal in Italy.. The breakfast was okay, but we would appreciate having more options than just a croissant and bread with jam. Also the payment for the accommodation is either in cash or with Revolut, so be prepared for that!

Great location, right in the heart of Napoli. Right next to one of the oldest pizzerias. Walkable distance to many other attractions. The host, Luigi, kept in contact regularly. Cece made sure we had everything we needed and served us breakfast every morning - croissants from a local bakery and fresh guava juice. Highly recommend.

The staff was very communicative and arranged transportation for us from the train station and to the port the next day. They offered to help with any questions we had and, when we arrived, a walking tour of Naples was outlined for us by the staff.

The property was beautifully restored. Everything was bright and clean. We only stayed 1 night before our flight to Athens. Luigi explained the history of the building as it was passed down from his family. He was very proud of their restoration and rightly so, it was beautiful. He even brought us to the airport the next morning when our original ride fell through.

Naples has crazy drivers. Every traffic light/sign is considered a suggestion, but this didn’t have anything to do with property- just be safe when walking in streets- motorcycles are constantly weaving in-out of traffic.

The accommodation was perfect... suitable for a young couple, central location, met all our expectations for this trip. The owners of the business helped us a lot in every little way and were very nice. Score 10/10.

The bed was very comfortable and the room had high ceiling to create space .rooms cleaned everyday. Luigi was very informative and helpful and gave us information for all the places we wanted to visit . Bilak who made breakfast was a lovely kind man

The Main Shower head was disappointing However we were able to use the hand shower which worked well

Luigi was welcoming and helpful, the room was pleasant and quiet. The location was close to the main railway station and historic centre. Napoli won the Serie A title while I was there, so lots of celebrations and flash-bangs on the streets!

Breakfast was a little bit hit and miss - one day there was plenty to eat, the next not so much, but I persuaded Luigi to change the orange juice from Sicilian to "proper" OJ. I would like to have been able to make tea & coffee and to have use of the kitchen for my own meals. There were some minor language difficulties.

The property itself was very nice. I was surprised at how dirty Naples was, at least, where I stayed but that was in no way a reflection on the B&B.
