It was ok for one night in our way to Greece.
The breakfest was good
It is quite hard to find it espeacially during the night, no sign .
It isnt a cabin for dush so the bathroom was full of water.
It was quite hot in the room although it was AC

This is a very modern and new place with quite nice renovations, clean and fresh, just a walking distance from downtown. We asked the motel for a favor and they satisfied our request. The WiFi worked really well. The breakfast was nice. The place totally met our needs and was a good value for money. We definitely recommend this motel.

The location was great. The hotel was really close to the hospital that I was admitted which made it very convenient for my friend to come visit me. The hotel is very close to the city center (approximately 10 minutes walking) and also the Pleven Panorama was about 20 minutes walk. Very nice staff and delicious food. I will definitely come back.

it was clean and staff were welcoming, beds were comfortable and the shower was great
there is no lift so had to carry a suitcase to the 2nd floor although staff did help carry it up. it is steep to get to from the town centre

Staff was very nice and helpful. Kids were very excited to spot a fox :). Had a good nights sleep.

room was not bad
the guy who is at reception was so harsh (and reception most of the time was empty to connect) and breakfast was not avaible, they got some sandvich which are wating on a coach at reception days to eat

The receptionist is very active to help.
Rooms are big and comfortable.
Location is easy to find if you use the bulgarian name of the hotel or name of the street. The English translation of the name of the hotel is of no help in waze.
Breakfast is one big sandwich and coffee in a plastic glass. You take the sandwich and go in your room.
The is no lift and the three person room is located at the first floor. We had to pay extra and take two rooms on the ground floor.

The receptionist is very helpful. The place is nice and clean. We stayed one night and everything was fine.
The restaurant is under refurbishment and the breakfast is a sandwich with coffee. I guess it will be a great after they finish.

Instead of breakfast, we get only a sandwich.
water in the shower room did not go down the drain, the entire shower room and toilet are covered with a layer of water.
There are no restaurants or places to eat within walking distance.

Very friendly and welcoming team, indeed feels like a friends home. Tasty fresh sandwiches, croissants for breakfast. Good matrasses, a bit too big pillows for us. Good and easy accessible location by car.
everything was great, apart the cigarettes' smell in the room.
