Very nice and wild location.

Location is very good to explore the forest.

We love clean the place was and the kitchen was complete with appliances and kitchenware! They even provided the dishwashing soap, sponge and wipes. The bathrooms were clean and had enough toilet papers too! There’s a lot to do around the area and even throughout the facility itself. My kids enjoyed the playground, giant chess pieces and giant connect four games. I think one of my favorites is the 24 hour mini shopette. It was stocked with basic things you need such as butter, wursts, cereals, bread, local honey, wine and beers, milk, toothbrush…etc. The staff were friendly too! It was also convenient to have a restaurant there that serves dinner. The location was just 30mins away from the World’s Larges Cuckoo Clock and so much more!
We also had our medium dog with us and we were happily surprised to see that there was a dog dish for food and water! Such a dog friendly place! Although there’s a one time dog fee, the longer you stay the better.
Overall, we are super happy to have found this place and we plan to stay here again! Highly recommended!

.The apartment was really nice. We didn't have a view but the apartment is ideal for long stay (even though we only stayed for 1 night). There are also plenty of hiking routes which could be done from the hotel so no need to drive. I would definitely recommend
I thought the additional fee for a dog was quite high. It actually is very much the same as we paid for 1 person which is very high and is not included in the price on Booking.com. This was only added by the accommodation afterwards.

the bed was really not for a couple ans also it kept moving while we slept which was very uncomfortable.

Very quiet place, confortable, ideal to go with pets, with nice views, well located to access small ski stations.
Couldn't access the sauna in its opening hours as the reception was closed and only them coulf handle the keys

Located in the hart of the Black Forest this is really a forest stay, with the resort being right at the bottom of the forest. The apartments are really big, great, clean, modern. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is great for families with a lot of kids and activities but which gets silent in the evenings when you can enjoy the sind of the forest.
Our apartment was really great, with a green meadow right before our balcony. However some of the apartments are less blessed and darker. We also felt that people in the area and on ground were not really friendly, no one was greeting anyone or having friendly interactions even though the kids were. I guess it’s great if you just want to be left alone. :)

The location was good, about 1/2 hour - one hour drive to wonderful sightseeing activities in the area. The staff was friendly and accommodating (as there was no ice cube tray, we were able
to get some ice at the hotel restaurant).
The apartment was clean and cozy with a balcony to sit on to get some fresh air. The kids enjoyed the games room and outdoor chess game.
We missed a microwave oven for convenience and we felt a bit boxed in (no view from our apartment). The sofa bed was hard, not the comfort of a bed.

Cleanliness and management excellent. Location wonderful. Wifi is superb. Plenty of space and storage in apartment for two people. Security and safety felt excellent and the area is quiet and peaceful .
Bed is hard, and pillows like rocks! Ventilation is difficult as no insect screens on windows and no fans provided. Showers very small.
