Very clean and spacious the view was beautiful we immediately felt relaxed. All the essentials were there……coffee machine, soaps, shampoo/conditioner etc all very good quality everything had been thought of and even fresh eggs for breakfast!

the property was well equipped and easy to find with the signs posted around! it was very clean and the views were amazing! it felt like you were in the middle of no where but also days were filled up of visiting the chickens and cows, picking daily’s eggs and herbs. our dog was very happy with the daily walks and sniffs. the beach is also just a short walk away.

Unfortunately the host was rude and unhelpful. Several amenities advertised on the website were not working (internet, heated pool, pool amenities) and on raising this with the host I was told to 'enjoy the view'. The dining table chairs are metal and cold. The paintwork inside is chipped. Absolutely not worth the $600pn price tag. Beautiful location but find another cottage!

We did not say at Joanna Cottage, but stayed at the Farm House and Rivernook Cottage instead. The Farm House was large with great views, good facilities and was next to the indoor pool. Rivernook was smaller and ideal for our family of 4 with better views, excellent facilities and a great deck area that overlooked the valley and views of the ocean. Both were quite and private as we hardly saw any people which was perfect for us.

There was nothing we did not like.
