La publicidad engañosa. Las fotos distan de la realidad. No es un lugar aseado, la cama tenía pelos y casi no había presión de agua en el lugar. La falta de diligencia y la atención del servicio me pareció impresionante.

No lo recomiendo su atención pésima y no tienen ni idea del manejo de la plataforma uno paga con tarjeta y es un lio para que te den acceso al hotel.

El tal gerente Camilo un paisita agrandado y mal educado desafiante al cliente, no recomiendo este lugar hay otras opciones con personal más preparado.

The location is really good, there are plenty restaurants and things to do near from the place. The staff was helpful

There is no warm water, the matrass is really bad and the towels had very strange smell. The clean was OK

Booked a room and fought traffic for over an hour from my previous accommodations. Upon arrival, I was told my reservation had been cancelled. I booked the room several hours before arriving for check-in and NOT ONCE was there any kind of notification or message from the hotel stating that. Had to scramble to find alternate accommodations during the busy tourist week in Cali. You can imagine how that went. The cherry on top was the fact that the person working never apologized, didn't even allow me to enter the building as she was speaking to me through a door, and seemed to have the attitude that it was somehow my fault.

The locación of The hotel was good. I choose it because it was close to my event place.

The attention was very poor, the receptionist was not kind at all. They should not have a schedule for for the hosts to arrive in the evenings, that’s rare.

When we arrived the room was dirty. Table, bed, room in general was dirty. When I ask for something nobody give me an answer. Bad communication nor whatsApp nor phone

The place is Dirty, facilities; they don't give you bed rope, towels and toilet paper. They don't receive cards for buy beverages. This place is a disaster. The pictures in booking don't seem as the place is.
