location is right at the Phan Thiet port, convenient to catch boat to Phu Quy next day, they have parking for car in/out door

well, it was close to the centre which was good. The rate was cheap which was good also.

I didn’t like the cockroaches I didn’t like that the room is very very very small and it was not very clean.

Very nice young guy at the reception. Very willing. English-speaking. They also arrange motorbike rentals - very nice machine, no wreck. Relatively quiet place, close to a lot of restaurants.

PhanThiet didn't have much going on

Staff was very nice, the first room we got had a very heavy cigarette smell and they immediately offered us another room with sea view (the view is pretty far but still something), and maybe the price, but there are other places within the same price range. There was really loud music from a nearby funeral while we stayed so Booking offered us €10 cash credit.

It's in a crowded neighborhood, there was a funeral nearby so very loud music in the evening (6-7 PM) and like half an hr in the early morning (started at 4.15 AM, I woke up from it). We saw 2 big rats running around the neighbor's house from our window, the bathroom's window also open to that exact house and couldn't be closed. Room itself is quite small and facilities like shower are pretty old and cramp, I should have chosen a newer hotel in a newer neighborhood for the same price (also less houses around -> less chance of a Vietnamese-style funeral, where music could go on all night if you're unlucky). If you don't need to reach the port early in the morning, you'd better book somewhere else.

The room didn't have window to the outside, just to the hallway. Good AC.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Receptionist booked a bus ticket for me which was very helpful. Comfy bed Good shower The street had lots of Christmas light decorations that adds to a good atmosphere in December.

1. Great value for money. Comfortable, clean, good bed, friendly reception. All very fine. 2. And if you're taking the Superdong boat to Phu Quy in the early morning, this place is perfect. Almost next to the port. Also the long street along the ferry port is full of nice fish restaurants.

The man was extremely rude to us and made us feel deeply uncomfortable. Was so glad to to leave that place. The temperature control on the shower was broken and it was impossible to shower.

A squeaky clean place, quite close to the ferry pier - a bonus when you have to check in at 6 a.m. Staff showing a lot of goodwill and flexibility to accommodate your demands.

The bathroom was tiny, making sitting on the toilet difficult. Poorly designed.
