Beautiful decor, lovely spacious rooms. We loved every moment of our stay and the staff were so lovely and friendly. Very accommodating to any requests we had and very helpful. We had the river view which made our stay even more spectacular

Location was great

The customer service that was supplied at the front checkin counter was appalling. The one girl I dealt with was rude and abrupt. When I made the booking, I wasn't sure if I required an additional night, well it turned out that I did need one more night. Due to not booking directly through Adina apartments, this was an issue regardless that I made note of it through booking.com when making the booking. On the Wednesday night, I went to the front desk and extended my stay and showed my ID and signed another bit of paper and gave them my credit card to only get a phone call the following day stating that my personal belongings are still in the room. I explained that I extended another night of which the reservations lady said we don't have that information anywhere. When I returned back to the hotel, I went to the front desk and the girl that had done the paperwork the night before was on the front desk. She said that I had told her something different and that there was nothing on the file. I explained that she did all the relevant paperwork the night before which she replied "I hadn't explained myself to her well enough". The girl gave me a new room key that would work though to the Friday which was my new checkout day. She was so patronising towards myself that I asked her not to be rude and treat me with a little bit of respect. I will never stay in an Adina Apartment ever again.

Location is excellent. Upper floor apartment was quiet. The sliding door to the balcony kept out noise when it was closed. Apartment was a very good size and nicely appointed.

The tap in the shower recess is on the wall opposite the shower head. It's out of reach except by walking across the wet, smooth, slippery tiles to adjust temperature or flow. The soap and hair product dispensers are also out of reach and only accessed by walking across the tiles. The tap over the basin has a short spout so water splashes over the counter top. Same over kitchen sink.

Beautifully renovated rooms in old building. Great location. Has a fine dining Chinese restaurant in the hotel

Decore beautiful, lovely, spacious apartment, was able to check in earlier. Friendly, attentive staff.

The pool was hidden in a shady part of the building with no sun. The water was too cold to swim in.
