Absolutely nothing. How come breakfast wasn't included as promised. All information is misleading.

1.as promised, breakfast wasn't included, I had to buy outside which wasn't nice. 2. Room wasn't clean, found a few pests,roaches. 3. The intercom wasn't working. 4. Ac wasn't working. 5. Staff weren't very helpful. 6. Found difficulty in opening my room, help was available quite reluctantly.

Check in timings,we came at 10.30am but the room was aloted at 11.30amwe had waited up to 1hour we dint likes it.

Nothing besides the fact I was able to finish my work beyond all the disappointments.

Everything starting from checkin till checkout. Staff was signing on behalf of me. They have forged my signature. I have asked them to strike it out in the receipt but they didn't I was getting late so left the place. Washrooms were awful. No cleanliness of the place. Bedsheets were bad too.

It was a comfortable stay and the staffs were very courteous and helpful. Would love to get back here. Felt welcomed and the receptionist was pleasant.
