Nice modern property close to restaurants and attractions (about 20-25 minutes walk to Alatoo square, 6-7 minutes to navat teahouse). Big room, friendly staff. Good wifi and breakfast spread. They helped to call a yandex to go back to the airport, much cheaper (700) than the $15 pickup.

No complains as such, but it was not very clear to me initially that I could order an omelette at the breakfast, and once the housekeeping did not replace an almost finished toilet roll, had to call reception.

New, clean, nice, friendly and extremely helpful staff that helped us plan fun activities.

The room was okay - nice bathroom, a walk-in cupboard/wardrobe and then after an awkward 'walk' between bed and wall, a decent kitchen with desk. The hotel is well situated on Kiev Street. The reception staff and cleaning staff were very pleasant.

Hotel could get tourist information and knowledge for guests (a common 'Stan' problem), breakfast was sub-standard for the price being paid, and ice/compacted snow could have been removed from outside the hotel, making it less dangerous.'Double bed' was two singles pushed together with an uncomfortable 'join' down the middle.

The staff was one of the best I have ever experienced. They provided me with a free sim card for my phone. They installed it for me and showed me how to replace the original. They were very kind, polite, and helpful. They recommended great places to eat. The hotel breakfast was excellent. Superb!

The facility is beautiful but needs maintenance. There was water damage to the wall in my bathroom. The shower leaked. The hose on my handheld sprayer ruptured while I was taking my shower. The right leg on the love seat in my room was either broken or missing. I never checked. It was beautiful but desperately needed maintenance.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice terrace where I enjoyed my beer and cigars. Good service when calling for taxis. The front line staff all spoke good English. Particularly helpful as my Russian and Kyrgyz are very elementary!

All was good.

We stayed at this hotel for the first two nights in Kyrgyzstan and again for our last night. The staff is very polite, attentive, efficient and flexible. As far as I can tell, they speak Kyrgyz, Russian and Englisch. The rooms are spacious, clean and are equipped with an AC. Varied breakfast is Western/European. Very good location in a quiet street and in walking distance from supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes etc.

Perfect location, super friendly staff and always someone there who could speak English. Very helpfull as well. Rooms were nice and tidy. The bed was super comfortable.

Room was nice but smell form coridor and noise of people walking and shouting whole night was very disturbing. Although hotel staff does not speak very well english - it caused some misunderstanding.

I stayed at this hotel on my first night in Bishkek and returned again for my last night in Bishkek too as I was so pleased with the location and service. The hotel has a lovely boutique design. the moment you enter the hotel, you feel like you’ve arrived in a cool, retro space. The staff at this establishment are all lovely- they always have a smile on their face and are so polite and helpful. You can tell their customer service is top notch even from their email responses. highly attentive and efficient. The breakfast the hotel is superb. they offer a variety of different items to suit everyone’s preferences. The room I booked was really spacious and clean. i highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Since there’s no elevators, I felt really bad that the staff (usually a young man) have to carry our stuff themselves up to our room.

The hotel has a modern interior and friendly feel about it. the staff were extremely helpful, welcoming and accommodating to my needs. They responded to emails promptly and everyone spoke good English. the hotels location is great too. i was in Bishkek only for 1 night, and I found restaurants, cafe and supermarket all within walking distance. i really enjoyed my stay and have booked to stay again on my way back home.

I cannot fault this hotel.
