Everything. The bed covers were torn. Toilet was small. Did not provided WiFi password. Misleading information was provided by the reception desk.

Gym is not working. all equipment are old like 15/20 years & all manuals

Housekeeping staff and buffet breakfast was good,

Reception (front desk), restaurant staff behavior should be more sincere and professional, hotel rooms are old fashioned, rooms combined with washroom are quite small, even executive room bed is not spacious enough for two people.

it had a good service before & the location is great but things have detoriated drastically since mu previous stay.

the room was dirty, towel bed sheet were old & tho washed. i had to ask the attendants to clean the room. it looked old. The price were way higher than I stayed last time. overall,very ordinary service for what I had before for cheaper price. the staffed worked but had no sincerity it seemed.

The only likeable thing was it's location. It's close to city center and that's all. There's tons of other hotels also in that range.

The first thing was the staff & the environment. The staffs were lacking sophistication & may seem rude at some point by strangers. The hotel is an old building that they tried to do makeovers with some furnishings. The toilet was horrible where you wont feel comfortable. The room had mosquitos, even though it was an executive suite.

I stayed their for 2 nights. Location good. price too high for room and bathroom. Service tax and vat,,,, Just loss

Rent is not suitable for the room and bathroom
