Camera spaziosa e confortevole situata in zona centrale . La prorietaria sig.ra Claudia e sua sorella sono molto gentili e disponibili .Nessun problema per il parcheggio della macchina, molto vicino alla struttura e gratuito grazie al pass fornito dalla proprietaria.

Camera a pian terreno con vista su un terrazzino un po' chiuso , probabilmente comodo in estate poco in altre stagioni.

Wé had access to a full kitchen. It was very clean. And we prepared our own breakfast

For leaving our bycicles we found a parking in the street. We left our bikes there and it was safe.

Claudia was very helpful and provided coffee for the morning. The location was excellent and free parking provided. A keyless entry was provided.

I didn't realize we had a choice of rooms, and apparently, we had the smallest room with no windows. There was another room available, I'm not sure why we couldn't pay a bit more money and used the larger room. There was a minor ant problem on one side of the bedroom, which is adjacent to the kitchen. Claudia said she would "spray".

Loved EVERYTHING about this stay. Two wonderful ladies run this shared apartment and they were nothing but kind, helpful, and welcoming to us Americans (who were far out of our language depth being in this small town). It started with us arriving to the train station in Orbetello unable to decipher how to buy a bus ticket to avoid the hour long walk to this apartment. Within a few minutes of messaging the property through this booking platform, they came and picked us up, personally driving us to their apartment. The owners gave us recommendations and business cards with their stamp to find discounts at businesses owned by their friends. I cannot say enough good things about these people and our stay in their home. Bed was incredibly large and comfortable and bathroom was perfectly clean. Kitchen is homey and easy to share with other guests. STAY HERE!

Lovely room, comfortable bed, great location

The booking was advertised as an apartment and specifically said bedroom and kitchen. When we arrived we found the kitchen was shared with two other bedrooms which was not what we were expecting. We had been planning to cook but went out instead. Also the noise from the air conditioning units, just outside in the little courtyard, throughout the night was not a bonus. We both woke at 3.00am and found it hard to go back to sleep.
