The hotel was recently renovated and it had all the facilities you need. Everything was clean and nice.

The food choices were quite basic and limited. I would have expected a better cuisine for a hotel that looks that good.

Personal amabil, locatie buna, priveliste superba. Am auzit recenzii bune de la prieteni care au fost in anii trecuti, nu a fost si cazul nostru din pacate.

TLDR: 100€ camera minuscula, 180 lei cina 2 persoane (crispy uscati si cartofi prajiti unsurosi), scamatorie la transportul de bagaje, mic dejun MIC. Nu ofer recenzii negative aproape niciodata. Nu cred ca sunt rau intentionati (cu mici exceptii), dar ar putea oferi fie preturi mai bune fie servicii mai calitative. Sunt DEZAMAGIT - acum o saptamana cea mai "ieftina" optiune pe booking e la mansarda etaj 4 (103€) camera MINUSCULA - ieri la receptie o camera la etajul 2 mai spatioasa era 95€. Eu fraier ca am rezervat din timp cu "10% reducere". Mancarea foarte scumpa! 45 de lei pentru crispy tari si uscati si cartofi prajiti unsurosi, foarte putine optiuni din meniu. Am platit 180 de lei o cina deplorabila pentru 2 persoane. Tot ei ofera un serviciu de transport persoane si bagaje de la parcare la Hotel si viceversa. Au incercat sa ne insele. ACELASI TRANSPORT - 3 persoane dus-intors - pentru 2 dintre persoane au luat 80 de lei, pentru a treia persoana ne-au cerut tot 80 de lei in cadrul ACELUIASI TRANSPORT. Asta dupa ce ni s-a zis initial ca 40 de lei e dus-intors (nu ne-a specificat de persoana, au lasat sa se inteleaga ca pentru tot transportul). 160 de lei pt 4km mi se pare exagerat, in conditiile in care preturile prezentate initial erau altele. Mai bine luam elicopterul, pretul pe km era mai ieftin. Dupa putin scandal au returnat 40 de lei celei de-a treia persoane fara prea multe scuze. Micul dejun, saracacios. Partia a fost deplorabila, PLINA de pietre si bolovani, asta nu e vina hotelului, dar dupa 2 zile skiurile trebuie reparate, receruite si reslefuite canturile. Sunt mai suparat de skiuri, e adevarat, dar daca dai 100€ pe noapte, te astepti la niste conditii cat de cat decente. Chiar imi doresc sa se remedieze anumite lucruri, imi pare rau ca a trebuit sa las o recenzie de felul acesta.

A fost totul super,conditii excelente de cazare,personalul de nota 200,curatenie exemplara,mancare foarte buna.Noul ciubar cu jacuzzi face toti banii.Ne-am simtit extraordinar.

The hotel was comfortable, a little too hot in the room, maybe. The food we served there was very good. They don't have alcoholic drinks, but they left us bring them from elsewhere.

We didn't like that we had no water, either in the sink, or in the shower. The shower dripped very slowly and a hot trickle barely flowed from the sink. The pillow was very hard and quite high, you can wake up with back pain.

Very kind hosts and good food.

I booked a bigger room with balcony and received a smaller one without the balcony. The host showed that didn't receive from booking the type of room and also didn't have a bigger one available to change it. Not sure where the communication problem is but should be solved.

Friendly attentive staff. Full menu of the restaurant was available even though there were only 5 guests including us. The food and beverages was excellent.
