Clean and well organised

The location is in a small village, and there's nothing there. But it's ok - we knew it would be like that (away from the slopes, shops and restaurants)! The chalets are nice, clean and spacious. The swimmingpool is a great addition to the place.

Arlberg Chalets is a nice place, except for the very unfriendly welcome we received from the receptionist/owner Stephanie (?) - she was rude and hostile. And the attitude continued throughout our stay. We stayed in the Sonnenkopf chalet which was neatly decorated, very clean and spacious. It would have been nice though with more wardrobes - in the bedroom half of them were locked up and couldn't be used. In sum I would recommend this place if it wasn't for the very unfriendly attitude and reception we received - and if you don't mind staying a bit away from everything.

we stayed at the Formarin apartment and is a beautiful and newly furnished apartment. you have everything you need. our two bedroom apartment have bathroom in each bedroom. lots of storage and floor heating in the apartment including bathroom was great. underground parking also very convenient. they also have bread ordering service. very thoughtful service. staff is very nice and helpful.

shower water temperature in both bathrooms are a bit cold. you get hot water for the first two minutes then is cold water. kids were crying each time they take shower. drainage in the shower also backing up fast. maybe only this apartment and not the rest. hopefully they get it fixed for next guests.

the bed was like concrete. No way to create some shade when sitting outside, some days it was too warm to sit in the sun, we had to move inside

Great size apartment and available spa

We had a chalet with three bedrooms. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, the pool and spa area were great, the staff was very friendly, and the location was perfect. The nearby resort, Sonnenkopf, was a great surprise. It's relatively small but with great slopes and not as crowded as the main St. Anton area.

The only minor inconvenience is the strict arrival time of 3-5 PM, which is difficult to make while traveling from a distant location.

The facility was modern and clean, and in a easy accessible area. The spa facility was well kept and all in working order, we were very impressed with the swimming pool. And the staff working there were very helpful and friendly. They have a great service, where you can order fresh bread daily from the bakery, and collect it from reception every morning.

We were not aware that the Prinzenkirzt apartment was not a chalet but rather an apartment and that 4 people had to share a room. The restaurant was closed, and the surrounding areas the restaurants were open at odd days and hours. The highway is also not far, and the vehicles made it difficult to get a good night's rest.

Host was helpful when we needed some assistance with some ongoing travel arrangements! Well organised and modern apartment. Nicely located for St.Anton ski area (car is useful) and also the smaller local ski areas.

Clean neat spacious apartment. Recommend for families. The kitchen has almost everything you need. Living room has good number of games for kids.

You will need a car to reach the closest supermarket and shopping area.

- Very friendly and helpful staff. - Very nice indoor swimming pool. - Free car parking at an indoor parking garage with your own reserved parking space. - Comfortable, clean and spacious apartment (sound proof if you close the windows). - Free Guestcard of the Klostertal region which includes for instance 1x free entry to numerous outdoor swimming pools and unlimited usage of the public transport in the Vorarlberg region during your stay. For instance you can use this card for Park and Ride in Bregenz, Feldkirch and Bludenz, but also to go the bakery or supermarket in Klösterle. - Arlberg chalets are very good accessible by car (close to the main roads S16 and Arlbergstrasse)

- The rooms were pretty warm, difficult to cool (no airconditioning). - Traffic noise if you are sitting at the balcony or if you open the window. The noise is mostly caused by the regional Arlbergstrasse, but also by the S16 motorway. - Limited possibilities for children to play at the accommodation. For instance, an outside playground was missing (luckily there is a school with a playground in the neighborhood). - The views from the Königskerze (and Edelweis) apartment are not very nice (oriented to the south). You look over the Arlbergstrasse, the S16 motorway, power pylons and a hill with forest. - A microwave was missing at the Königskerze apartment. - A washing machine was missing at the accommodation. - The anti-stick coating of the baking pans did not work.

Beautiful apartment with everything we needed, nice wellness.

Our room was located above the main entrance, with both an S and B road in front of the building, there was a lot of noice day and night.

Beautiful mountain view from one of the beds. Very clean flat and smart finishing.

It's 5 mins from the highway, which you can hear at nights if you sleep with open windows.

We stayed in the Glongspitze chalet, which had all facilities we needed. The mountain view was stunning. The communication with the resort manager, Britta, was excellent: she was easily reachable thru WhatsApp and always available to help out.

Very nice appartment with beautiful view. Appartment has everything you need and there's a really nice wellness area/swimming pool.

Wifi signal was weak in the bedroom

Most I really liked the personnel that provided the support for us na the facilities, everything clean and nice!
