Lage, Größe des Appartments
Einige Möbel kaputt (Bett, Stuhl), Waschmaschie funktionierte nicht (war einer der Hauptgründe, warum wir uns für das Appartment entschieden haben), keine verdunkelnden Rollos/Vorhänge, dadurch sehr heiß in der Wohnung, relativ laut durch vorbeifahrende Straßenbahnen, schlechte Erreichbarkeit der Gastgeber bei Reklamationen

Perfect location. Furnishings in the apartment all good. Grocery right across the street. Tram stop right in front.
Walkable to center of town.
A little uneasy about not having someone on site in case of issues.
Also could have used instructions for the washer/dryer.
Street light shining into windows. Needs blackout shades.

I liked the space that the apartment provided, previously I stayed in a hotel on another visit, but I prefer to cook when I want,the kitchen had great facilities and the underfloor heating was excellent
The mattress on the bed was not great .

Big bright apartment, in amazing location - really close to city center and zoo in a walkable distance.
Equipped kitchen and balcony.
All that needed for family rest with cooking options were provided .
For mom and 2 kids (1year old and 10 yeas old) were provided only 2 sets of towels and 1 set of bedsheets.
Internet did not work properly, needed to reset few times before it started to work.

Excellent location, near the historic center and grocery stores, restaurants, etc.
Not all the windows have curtains, so I woke up with the sun every day (at 5:30 in summer) in spite of sleeping with a blindfold.

The apartment has a perfect location. You can get to city centre in a few minutes. The apartment itself is quite spacious, we enjoyed it at maximum with all the stuff we took with us from home. Recommend.
We are not big fans of the soft mattresses and there are two of them. Somebody would say that the street can be noisy, but we had a good sleep. Don't forget to open at least one window on hot day when you're leaving the place for a whole day.

The location is excellent. Tram line is 2 minutes away. 2 tram stops from Leipzig HBF (Main Train Station). Apartment was very clean, all appliances new, clean and functional. Very spacious. I was in number 29 which is appx 60SQM with balcony. Well organized, didn't need to call and get direction for anything. Very relaxed stay.
Just one small suggestion, check out time of 10am is a bit too early. If it is extended to 12 noon, it will be good.

Helpful personnel, nice equipment and furniture.
The flat is perfectly located, nearby the walking downtown, giving onto an inner courtyard and on the main street.
The facility is very quiet and easy to access.

Nice apartment, everything you need for a short, yet comfortable stay (except working WiFi!)
The WiFi was not working for 3 our the 4 nights I stayed there, and it was really hard to communicate with the owner. In the reservation they provided a phone to which when I was calling, it had a message in German only. I had to go to a bar and ask someone to listen and take notes of the email and alternative phone number provided to communicate. Once I was able to communicate they went on the following day to fix the WiFi, but when they went (I was working outside the apartment) it was working. When I arrived home, it was of course not working. Finally they provided me the password for another network, but it wasn't a nice experience.

Very easy process to check-in and check-out. Communication was good and quick. The apartment is in a very good location to reach the city center walking and there are good parking possibilities all around the location (free and tariff). Restaurants and coffee shops around the corner.
The heating was off in the bedroom and the restroom, no big deal, but it takes a while to heat the rooms up. The check-in & check-out times could be better (1500 and 1000 respectively) and it costs extra if you want to get an early-late check-in/check-out.
