the pool deck could be cleaner, there are old stains on the ceramics on the floor, the lamps and the stone walls by the pools areas are covered in old dust, I noticed spider webs by the stairs in Casa Agava: general deep cleaning of outside property is lacking. probably because of covid closure it was not taken care/ cleaning cost budgeting was cut.

Great facility for the all possible types of activities for all ages. We have stayed in the villa so we had the good size of the rooms and our privacy. The area is pretty big so everybody can find his favorite spot there.

Staff, location, all inclusive package and the pools.yje food was excellent.

One of our rooms was infested with ants and flying ants. My kids could not sleep n there. The cleaning staff sprayed and killed but the problem is outside or under the floor. It needs an exterminator for sure

Large resort, lots of things to do, paths for walking, views are spectacular, very friendly staff, club for children. Great for familys with small children.

Slightly outdated furniture, but it was completly fine. Food was fine, just a lttle bit to salti.

Everything you need is on-site. The buffet had many options, the pool had good drinks, and the beach was lovely. There were a ton of activities for kids and adults.

Rooms were good, during stay you only get fresh towels. Rooms are not cleaned.

We all got food poisoning during our stay.

The all inclusive resort is located by multiple clear water beaches. The room was comfortable and had a nice balcony. The food was good, with a wide range of options. There are a lot of free parking space at the resort. There are two beautiful cities near by.

The sea front rooms were very noisy until 11:30pm since the entertainment area was very close. It was impossible to get a place near the pools since people put their towels reserving the chairs from very early. That didn’t happen at the beach because the chairs were paid. Despite the good food, the deserts were not the best.

Everything perfect. Pools, beach, mare club for kids, all inclusive offer of food and drinks.

Accomodation a bit older.

Great choice of activities for kids, including outdoor and indoor playground, pools, entertainment, disco. Good choice of food, very nice cleaning staff (they went out of their way to clean and even decorate the rooms)

On top of paying a substantial price, we had to pay for the beach chairs and parasol at the beach. It was almost IMPOSSIBLE to get a lounge chair by the pool if you did not leave your towel on the chair before 7AM! Even with the chain across the entrance to the pool facilities, the guests were allowed to cross and "reserve" their places even the night before, and we found that too stressful with two kids. Also, kids disco was starting at 20:30 (our kids usually go to bed at 20:00) and then live music was very loud till almost midnight. For "children's hotel", I felt they catered more to the bigger children 10+
