Whoever did the design, did a fantastic job. It's beautiful!!! The strong bunkbeds are made of wood, so you don't wake up when the person above you turns around. Really Fantastic. Everything is very clean. The kitchen and living room are very pleasant indeed. The Turkish restaurant underneath is the best restaurant in Kardzhali. So you don't need to walk far for a very tasty meal. Staff is extremely helpful.

It's a little bit expensive compared to other hostels, but way more comfortable than any other. Its worth the money. Because you're in the city center the traffic and restaurant below is a little noisy, but that's unavoidable.

I stayed 4 nights in a room with double bed and private bathroom. The value payed for what I received was very good. The room was clean, nice, furniture was not old at all, bathroom was very good, shower was perfectly functional (maybe some will complain that there is no shower delimitation from the rest of the bathroom but for this money it is excellent). I stayed at the beginning of December. The room was heated with AC. It was enough. The first night it was a bit chilly. So if you plan to make a late check-in and sleep directly you will freeze. You need to check-in with at least 3-4 hours before going to bed for AC to make the temperature bearable. If you stay more than 1 night then from the second night the temperature is perfect. At the front desk I had my first contact with a very very nice guy. He was very cooperative and helpful. His English was extremely good compared with other persons from the area. Pay attention to parking!!! Everywhere around the hotel (even in the back alley) parking must be payed!!! It is not expensive at all: 6 lev / day or 1 lev / hour ( price valid for December 2022).

In other reviews I saw something negative about the shower. It was so badly written I barely understood. I had private bathroom with shower in my room. The issue exposed by other guests is that there is no shower curtain to make a delimitation. It is true that water spreads on the bathroom floor. But for the price payed it is good enough because it is clean and newly renovated. It is 23 euro a night for a double room with private bathroom. Clean room and clean bathroom...

I extended my stay here, because it's super comfortable and very friendly hostel. I stayed alone in a 4 people dorm. The internet was extremely fast speed the location can't be any better. It's on top of a Turkish Restaurant called Bosfur. They have great kebabs. If I come to Kardzhali again, i will stay here

Really nice and friendly staff, we arrived late and was no open restaurant for have diner, and the offer us some food that they had reserve for the breakfast. The place is clean comfortable and they have huge kitchen and living room

Parking the car is a headache, all the parking spots are paid in the city, and is impossible to pay if you don't have a Bulgarian cell sim. But behind the hotel there is some hidden alley a bit scary but free.

I always stay at this Hostel when visiting Kardzhali. At booking i was given the option for twin room for extra 6 Leva which was perfect for me, a light sleeper, same large room but without the bunks. Everything in this place is spotlessly clean and well maintained to a high standard. Security is excellent also.

Very clean and quite new hostel close to the centre and a short walk from the bus station. The staff is very friendly. The hostel has a well-sized and well-equipped kitchen with six small fridges for guests' use, a room with tables for eating and a cozy and stylish common room. It was quite quiet, there were few guests. The bed was very good and air conditioning worked well.

The only flaw: the small bathroom gets flooded every time someone takes a shower because the shower is not separated by cubicle walls, a curtain nor a barrier. There might soon appear mould because of this.

The location of the property is perfect, it is close to literally everywhere. Moreover the lady on the reception with light coloured hair is been super nice and helpful.

There were music coming from outside somewhere very early in the morning, making sleeping hard.
