A spacious apartment, equipped with a mini utility kitchen, air conditioning in both rooms, Nice bathroom ,large balcony, clean pool, free parking. It was a quite place. It is a modern apartment, I recommend it.

I would have liked the towels to be changed at least once a week or to be or at the beginning of the vacation to receive a few detergent capsules to use the washing machine. We received capsules after we asked to change towels and we clean them at laundry room.We have to clean the rooms, there is no clean service.

Bathroom

Very bad location and overprice for 2 persons in this condition and season. Very bad access to the beach. It was written 350 meter! With helicopter may be, but walk you have to go very long distance and bad walking road. I enclosed some photos of way and entrance to the hotel. I enclosed a photo of the way to hotel and photo of the knives they put for customers using for food. How you can use this kind of knives for eating! Very poor inventory in apartment and kitchens. It was written grill in apartment inventory, but the reception told it is not correct.

The apartments were large with reasonable furniture and nice view. The staff very helpful and friendly.

We were traveling as a family with pets. Previous to our arrival we’ve been in touch with the property and we were advised a charge will apply as the pets requires more cleaning. We stayed for 2 weeks and never had the apartments cleaned. They barely changed the sheets after 10 days and no towels change. Toiletries on our arrival and nothing else. The property is quite far from the beach although advertised as close to the beach. I would give less score but the staff was great otherwise

Spotlessly clean, wonderful views, peaceful during the night, the receptionist/ manager was extremely kind and available at all times. The place is big enough to accommodate a group, and the apartment is good value for the money

The apartment is big and some basic things are missing, like lamps, or table night on both sides of the bed. It's far from the beach and the center, so ideally you should go by car, but parking in golden sands is another nightmare. The apartment is amazing, but do your research about Golden Sands first, as a foreigner couple we didn't like the town at all, as it seemed more a first time holiday destination for very young people looking for affordable party.

Excelent location to stay, close to Riviera beach.

The place is clean and quet, the stuff is frendly. WiFi is pretty good i used to work and i havn't any problems with rdp & VPNs.

The sloping street to the building (but is short at least)

- hot water, good water pressure - clean - TV, fridge, stove, AC(was running when we arrived and room was cool, really great feeling) - balcony with view to the sea(but really far away) - aprox10 min walk to the beach - free parking - looks newly built - Wi-Fi (20mbps DL, 10mbps UP)

- in order to reach the place you have to climb a steep hill with no lighting and it's scary after it gets dark. - no breakfast options at location - water dripping from AC on balcony and you could slip and injure yourself - you have to ask for extra toilet paper and garbage bag(which you have to throw it yourself, but it's ok since the garbage bin is on the way to the beach) - no iron and hair dryer in the room - only 1 nightstand in the room for some reason

Comfortable, spacious, modern, very clean apartment. Nice balcony with sea view. The apartment had all we needed. Excellent price for Golden Sands area. Friendly hosts. Free parking available, although if it's busy, it may be hard to find a spot.

Noisy neighbors may be an issue because the apartment is not soundproof.
