very bad experience with oyo booking i never thought this is going to be like this,
1. very bad rooms linens not clean
2.room is not cleaned,
3.old property with fungus smell,
4. staff is behaving very rood over all not happy

There is nothing which we like.... The are charging more money they taken 1000 rs extra money....
I did not like anything of this hotel ... They dant have common sense how to talk with customer....

They were charging to much i was paid in booking.com 380 rs have paid. But they said that Oyo will not give the money to hotel.

The hotel dishonored your booking telling me that they don't have any tie up with you They refused the room booking putting me to lot of inconvenience. I had worst experience with your booking and with the Hotel.

Hotel was okay, not so good not so bad. Only advantage is near to ntr bus stand.okay type of hotel for 1 or 2day ,
average hotel for medium price.in site , it showing as a/c room .but they are providing non AC room , charging extra for a.c . In Bed sheet , strain are there, bed was also making sound , when we turn over the bed,which makes our sleep disturb. cockroaches where running over the room, when we go there and book the same room, they charge extra rupees .

In booking website ac fecility is with booking price.After went to lordge they asked extra 300 for ac. We unsatisfied

The room was very ghatia. Birth room was so dirty not to say. How Oyo recommended this hotel.
While booked breakfast was included but when reached on hotel no breakfast facility.
According to room price was high. This room was applicable for 600 to 700. but Knpaid 1160

Everything had to be said to staff and get it done.. Changing bed sheets, pillow covers, cleaning room.. They should be doing so without even being asked, after staying in business for a long time and more especially when associated with Booking.com.. Or else travellers tend to loose confidence on the ratings Booking.com gives.. I did in this case.. As Booking.com rated them at 7+.. But the best part was its very close to Intercity Bus Terminal and a lot of restaurants, all within 5-10 minutes walking distance..
