We loved everything about this house and cannot wait to return someday--it was simply exceptional. The spacious home has the look and feel of Spanish Villa, with the ironwork and architecture. The property was large and lovely, not too far from stores and restaurants, yet had a very private feel. Nestled in the trees and vegetation, the house was steps from the beach and lagoon perfect for wading/swimming. The property was immaculately kept, and the grounds were shady most of the day, keeping the house cool until late afternoon. We did not miss the air conditioning as we kept the windows open and fans going. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the lovely patio provided a serene setting in which to dine. The property is fully fenced and gated for security, even though we felt completely safe at all times. We loved seeing the wildlife in the yard, we saw howler monkeys, agouti, squirrels, crabs, butterflies and more. The management for the property was extremely responsive--when we requested a fan to help move air in one of the bedrooms, they had one delivered to us by a driver, we were extremely impressed with their eagerness to make sure we were happy and comfortable.

Close to beach, good parking space, close to markets

The air flow of the fans are very very low, beds mattress are very uncomfortable, we couldn't use the best part of the house the deck, because there are a lot of mices and big mouses so we didn't have peace being outside. Tap Water was dirty just by looking at it

No screens on the windows, things (appliances, sinks, faucets, etc) pretty run down, both hallway roofs leaked,
