The hotel is in the very heart of the city of kosice, approx. 15 minutes on foot from the train station. Downstairs at the reception were pleasant staff, the room smelled of cleanliness, it was tidy and very cozy. I even had a room with a bathtub, which is another plus. there was a quality hairdryer and cosmetics in the bathroom. the bed was very comfortable (but that's subjective). The room was quiet and I really loved the stay in this hotel. The breakfast was also delicious.

I personally do not consider it a minus, but the windows of the room (bedroom, bathroom) were facing the corridor / atrium. However, the windows could be easily covered with curtains or blinds. If you have food intolerances (lactose, gluten), there were not so many options at breakfast but still I could find something to eat :)

The room comfort was excellent as was the breakfast.

The room was an interior one with a window opening into the atrium. There was no option for 'fresh air' from the outside and thus a little claustrophobic. I would not choose this room again.

I liked everything about the Hotel especially the staff because they were all very friendly and enthusiastic to be helpful with any issue.

I didn't like the fact I had to leave and go home 😁

The hotel was great but do NOT use booking.com. They cancelled one of my bookings that had been paid for for over 2 months with less than a weeks notice whilst I was already on holiday. They don't respond to messages for days, and when they do they point to their terms and conditions in the small print that NO BOOKING THROUGH BOOKING.COM IS GUARANTEED, THEY CAN CANCEL WITHOUT REASON CITING A MISTAKE AT ANY TIME EVEN IF IT'S BEEN PAID FOR AND CONFIRMED

Nice breakfast - all the choices that I need. Perfect central location of the hotel - nice restaurant / brasserie / bar at street level so you can have a nice evening and be in our room 1 minute later.

Very good central location in main pedestrian street. In authentic historical building. Providing rather a higher-end and reliable service. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Excellent breakfast.

Very small windowless room in the roof - kind of all right for one night stay. Still it leaves one disappointed. Be sure to book a standard room for longer stays. Nothing else to complain about.

The hotel is located right in the historic center of the city. The appearance is pleasant, the style is preserved both inside the rooms and in the common areas. The breakfast was rich, the restaurant looks very stylish. We were satisfied with the cleanliness.

What I found problematic was that the fridge was not working when leaving the room. The current works on the card and the refrigerator does not have a separate outlet, independent of it. At the same time, in the bathroom, repairs can be made in the bathtub area.
