Sehr familiäre Atmosphäre, traumhafte Lage in der Laubengasse mitten in der Altstadt vom wunderschönen Meran! Das Auto konnte stehenbleiben, tolle Ausflüge konnten zu Fuß, mit dem Sessellift oder dem Bus gestartet werden. Ganz herzlichen Dank an Familie Rösch! Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt!!

...durch öffentliche Glas-/Müllcontainer wurde die Nachtruhe früh gestört, wir drücken die Daumen, dass die Stadt das bald ändert!

Everything was amazing from the location-- right in the center of Aosta-- to the stylish and comfortable room, to the amazing breakfast! One can step out the front of the building and be in the bustle of Aosta's pedestrian only streets, filled with shops and restaurants. The residence itself, however, is completly quiet once you are inside. The staff is so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Thomas, the main host, is charming and kind and able to assist with any ideas about what to do around the city and region. Parking is ample and secure; there is even a level two charger available for EVs or Hybrids.

Our stay was excellent! The breakfast was delicious & our room was large & comfortable. We brought our dog & 2-year-old son with us & everyone enjoyed their stay. Thomas & his staff are friendly & accommodating & we hope to make it back one day!

Excellent location and amazing space in the centre of Merano; step outside and you were straight into the main shopping streets and only a minute to walk to the Christmas markets, local restaurants and the Thermal Spa. Amazing welcome from Thomas ands team, beau tiful breakfast spread and dedicated service throughout our stay including free passes for local museums and transport and thoughtful, honest recommendations about activities in the area. I would stay here again and no reservations about recommending this to stay in Merano/Meran

you walk out the front and you are in the heart of historic Meran on Laubengasse

make sure you receive the map if you are going there by car. the verbal instructions did not work for us very well …

Nothing it was all lovely . Awe only took one of the two bedrooms. We didn’t see inside the other bedroom

Big very comfortable apartment with breathtaking view on the mountaines. Equiped excellent and decorated with high quality staff. You feel there not like in the hotel but like at home. It is very visible that the apartment is run by people with big passion and heart to this place and the city.

I would recommend this place to everyone. Such a lovely place to stay, very lovely and friendly hosts, Overall Great location and value.
