closenes to ski centers Kaprun, Schmittenhöhe and Saalbach, parking in the yard, kitchen equipment, view on Kizsteinhorn, communication with the owners.. everything was so easy and nice

Probably the best apartments we have ever visited. It's huge, with all the kitchen stuff, with two toilets and a very comfortable place close to the lake. They have private parking, with an electric charger. Also if you want you can use the laundry in the basement.
Owners should talk to maids to clean bathrooms with specific chemicals, at least once a month.

The well equipped kitchen was great. We had being staying in a hotel before this, and eating in the restaurant was a bit much. Was great to prepare home cooked meals with family around kitchen table. The flat is open and has a great view of the lake, and is in a quiet area.
A bit far from shops, but once you work out the buses it's pretty easy. About 10 min walk to train station.

Was a fantastic apartment. The kitchen is well equipped, the apartment is spacious, the rooms were comfy and the balconies were lovely to enjoy the mountain views. Was great as it is on the lake and you can see it from the rooms.
Honestly, there wasn't anything we didn't like.

The apartment is new and a short driving distance from the Zell Am See center.
The apartment is advertised as suitable for 4 persons, however the sofa bed in the living room/kitchen was very uncomfortable and perhaps suitable only for young children. Per our requests, we were given another folding bed which was a small improvement.
The owners needed to fix something in the apartment toilet while we there (something that we did not notice and did not bother us), and went inside while we were away even though we asked them to wait until after our check-out the following day. They claimed it was urgent and that they are allowed to do that, but we did not appreciate it.

Excellent information before arrival. Double bathrooms and spacious appartment in a quiet area. Everything worked very well. Wonderful views.

The apartment is so clean and beautiful, spacious, all cooking utensils are available (the most beautiful apartment I have ever rented )
their check out is so early @ 10 am 🤯🤯🤯
I had a reservation for two nights in this apartment. I checked in the second day @ 7:40 pm due to missing the last train in Salzburg. and I reserved one night in Salzburg in the same time I have reservation in it . receptionist was awarded about this issue. and did not sympathize with me when I asked him to give late check in at least @ 12:00 or 13:00. He insisted to check out @ 10:00

Very quiet location and very spacious apartment. Very clean and modern.
No extra towels for 5 days stay. Morning works in the lower floor woke us up at 8 pm.

Clean and spaceous apartment with 2 bathrooms. Located almost next to the lake with stores and bakery shop in the vicinity. Car park available and walking distance to Zell.

It was not our hosts fault, but our upper neighbours were too loud at every night...

Good layout of apt, spacious, good quality kitchen, nice comfy couches.
No washing machine which for longer stays is very inconvenient when you are doing lots of sporting activities. Very limited supply of towels, linen which again is not good for longer stays. No cleaning materials in apt & no-one came to clean apt in 10 days which is very unusual & unhygienic.
