Good communication with the owner. Great location just 15 min walk from train station to Paris/Disney. Shops around. Good facilities (including hair dryer).

Everything good! Maybe a suggestion to have a mirror outside the bathroom. For a group of 4 it will be good an extra mirror outside the bathroom.

We recently stayed at Le Marnois whilst visiting relatives who live in Noisy-le-Grand. It was a great base for our visit, close to a supermarket and bakery, good facilities within the apartment with a good shower and plenty of hot water. We only ate breakfast in the apartment, but you could easily prepare basic meals if needed. Easy to walk to the RER station for visits to Disney and into Paris. The owner was in contact on the day of our arrival with instructions of how to access the apartment and checked in with us while we were there also, which was a nice personal touch.

We travelled as a family of 4 which meant we had to use the sofa bed, I never find sofa beds particularly comfortable, and sadly I would say the same of this one, however our children were very comfortable on the bed, so I would certainly recommend for couples or single visitors, or short visits if in a larger group like us.

The place is very cozy and we have almost everything what we need for our stay.

Doors just needs to be checked as it was difficult to open

Parking. However, I had a problem on the last day with a resident who parked behind my car because I parked in his spot. The landlord didn't tell me about this and I had to explain to him and we left late because of this. It was an unpleasant experience

It smells bad and the landlord didn't provide soap and asked me to buy my own. Also, the location is not very good.

Brilliant location. Washing and drying machine was a great bonus. The apartment was finished to a high standard throughout. We also liked the quirkiness.

More cooking equipments needed e.g saucepans, serving spoons. Front door of apartment was not well lit as there were no outside light at the entrance.
