La ubicación es excelente y la playa que está enfrente de la urbanización ideal para niños pequeños (más arena que piedras). Se puede ir andando al centro del pueblo. El casero fue muy atento en todo momento.

El piso no disponía de aire acondicionado y los ventiladores de techo eran antiguos y no funcionaban apenas (no tenían regulación de la velocidad y apenas movían el aire).

it was clean and updated. I loved that I could see the ocean and board walk from the terrace. located downtown Almuñécar, overlooking the Mediterranean. walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. I liked that it was a gated community. easy parking.

excellent location, so close to the beach and water park , bus station 10 mins away.fantastic views.

The apartment would only suite a couple or family of one or two children at most.

I recommend this apartment for the great location near to the beach, the city center, the view, and the swimming pool. The host was very accommodating and available.

It was very difficult to obtain the key to the property having to wait upon the owner to return a call. On entering we found that the apartment did not have air conditioning or even any fans and according to the Law of Rental Properties passed in 2016 in Andalucian this is illegal. Both south facing blinds did not come down completely and one of them we needed to untangle the strings to it first by using a chair to stand on and reach up and the cords were stuck or nearly broken. 1 cup we found was filthy and a drawer in the bathroom was disgusting. We also found that on the cooker hob one of the switches was very loose and the unit did not work. We had to buy 3 fans in order to be able to stay there that night but hurriedly left the following morning. The shower leaked and the bathroom door did not close properly. Th studio bed in the lounge obviously had a very poor mattress as we discovered there was a plank of wood to go underneath it. Sadly this is the worst experience we have ever had since using bookings.com over many,many years.
