The location

Location (Asian groceries and Asian and French restaurants close by, as is the covered food market) is calm, great and close to old town, train station, shopping area. Everything is walkable. Easy self-check in with door code and key box (but met other booking.com guests who had some trouble due to not receiving the codes and no one answering their calls). Good to have washing machine, dish washer, and AC (but not performing well over 35 Celsius and not in one bedroom). The architecture and design of this top-level (built into the attic) flat is great, lots of light/windows, wooden floor panels and all-wood features (built-in closets, tops, counters etc.) look gorgeous (some doors don't close well due to wrong frame size, heigt of the floor panels). The delight, however, is substantially tempered by the poor service (see below), worn out furniture and the rather careless fitting and equipment of the whole apartment.

Upon arrival, flat wasn't properly cleaned or not cleaned at all (dust; crumbles; hair in toilet, shower and elsewhere; stains on the table, the kitchen countertops, stovetop, inside the fridge etc.). Kitchen all sticky/greasy. Freezer compartment full of old ice and leftovers (stains/food). Dish washer with half-run dishware. Ran all available dishware once to have everything clean. Apartment does not include the bare minimum of cleaning utensils (soap, cleaning detergent, sponges, tea towels, a broom a brush and a dustpan; to say nothing of a vacuum cleaner) to keep it in order during a longer stay. So need to buy some basic stuff. No trash bin Offer to send a cleaning service came late at night after full self-cleaning was done and the first relaxing evening after a long travel gone. - different from description/pictures (no 80 m2) - lacks ameneties listed in ad: iron, drying rack, hair dryer, coffe automate (nespresso-style) - communication with agency slow and lots of stalling - no smoke detector - 5 sheets of toilet paper ("welcome"). -Furniture worn out; sofa with burn hole. - WIFI access details sent didn't work (network didn't exist); received back-up network (after 5 days) worked poorly - TV/remote controls not working -walls covered with drill holes, stains/remains of duct tape - terrace furniture not cleaned. - toilet seat was loose, swerving from right to left (a bigger person or small kids might fall down) - 1 chair at the table was on the verge of breaking, the back rest was almost coming off - walk-in shower features only a hand shower you have to hold on all the time -a blanket came with several big stains as did a towel found randomly jammed in a closet - one big towel for a stay over a week seems quite ungenerous - dish ware is basic and a mix;.

WiFi does not work very strong smell of smoke all nite long . not sure why? if u are allergic to smoke and need WiFi it may not suit u.

The best thing about this property is the location. You can get around very easily from here. Furthermore, getting the keys to the apartment was straightforward. You get a door code to get in the building and then once inside, there is a safe from where you can get the apartment keys. Checkout was also straightforward.

The main things that were disappointing about this property were 1) Cleanliness and 2) The Wi-Fi connection 3) Bad smell from the air conditioners. When I checked-in here, the beds were made but with dirty sheets. I could see several hairs all over the duvet cover as well as stains on the sheets and covers, which indicated that the sheets were definitely used. Also, the surfaces by the window frames, doorframes and the floor in the room corners were covered in dust. Also, one of the bathrooms had mold allover. Furthermore, the washing machine seemed to have not been used for a very long time and the compartment where you would put detergent was full of mold. I complained about this but was ignored. eventually, I had to clean the machine myself extensively before I could use it. If you are a person who has dust allergies, this is not a place for you, that's for sure. The Wi-Fi was practically unusable. I complained about this also but nothing was done about it, despite the fact that I was staying for 3 weeks. If you rent this apartment, be sure to have your own internet connection handy. I found out that the wi-fi improved marginally when the wi-fi extender is plugged in the bedroom. To give context, this means that you can get away with a poor-quality WhatsApp voice call this way ( the internet speed here is 1 mbps). For some reason, the air-conditioners in this apartment when turned on to provide heating (I was here during winter), emit a very bad odor. To make matters worse, since it is winter, I did not have the option of simply opening the windows to get rid of the smell. This meant that I had to choose between being cold or having some heat but with a smelly apartment. I complained about this too and while I did receive a response saying that someone would come check it out, I have no idea if someone did because the situation was the same until I checked out. Overall, I definitely would not book this property again, despite its central location

Good facility (other than wifi). Near to city center. Neat and clean room.

The wifi is very slow and always get disconnected.

All the equipments were good

No elevators and stairs found risky to carry baggage upstairs and no answer from owner even after multiple calls.Very noisy neighbors.No response on requests made to owner.
