very comfortable and well equipped home, loved the outlook, big rooms and multiple living spaces. Beautiful decor too!

Maybe a clothes dryer? we were there on a very wet weekend and it was hard to get wet clothes dry quickly. But it wasn't a really big issue.

The location was perfect for a beach holiday. Lots of room in the house. Perfect for families and friends. Views of the ocean were great and neighbourhood was friendly and quiet. It was also very easy to deal with property managers.

A few little updates would be nice. Like fixing some cracks in the ceilings. I think airconditioning is a must especially in the main living area and the loft. It was very hot during the day and temp wasn't that high. Changing the old torn couch downstairs is also a good idea, and putting in a dvd player downstairs too.
