I am a person who likes to go on vacation, among my vacations this is the best apartment especially in Batu Ferrengi area, I recommend to those who want to vacation in Penang this is the best appartment for you & family. check in/out is very easy, the equipment in the house is very perfect, the view faces the sea. I am very satisfied with the owner and the apartment. Rate out of 10 stars I give 10/10.

Clean well maintained unit with marvelous sea view. En-suite bathrooms a plus. Amenities and supplies are fully equipped. Appreciated the coway water dispenser, electric kettle and microwave. Overall very nice unit that I would recommend to friends and family. Close distance to many eateries around Batu ferringhi.
There are some ants in the unit and we used the bug spray the host provided. Need to watch out for them to not get bitten.

Really liked the sea view concept of this apartment. Apartment was well kept clean. Will visit again.

The view was spectacular. The check in and check out procedure was really easy and i love it. It was near escape penang, thus was very beneficial for us. I would stay there again if i come to batu feringghi
The elevator was a nuisance as it was malfunctioning when we checked out. We had to use the secondary lift which was very tiny and suffocating as there were many people. We had to wait 20 minutes for the elevator. The management should fix the lift ASAP. Apparently it was not the first time the lift was broken.
Secondly, its very important to note that the parking costs RM10 per night. That is quite expensive in my opinion.

Near to the beach, near to restaurant, clean, easy access for check in and check out. Provide coway too.
The water heater and the shower - need to fixed the pipe in one of the room. But overall the rest are very good.

Very neat and sweet space with great view and amenities and just across the Shangrila Rasa Sayang. Quick access to private beach.

the location is v nice, located just a walk away from the beach in where u can hv various of beach activities. have lots of available parking too. the room is v clean and highly recommended for family or friends stay.
