He hotel is nice for family weekend, they have nice pool, jacuzzi and saunas, the breakfast was nice with good variety. The room is clean and comfortable. The service is good, staff is very helpful and friendly. Specially want to thank the restaurant team for being helpful and giving us good service. Also the fact that you can enjoy watching animals is a great therapy

Food, not clean in swimming pool's changing room, no clear information on available facilities, poor information on meals and prices in Paśnik restaurant, menus not available in room, reception does not know basic information - every person tells different details, small playground outside, crowded breakfast. Also, I needed to pay extra for my 4 old children event though she was in the booking. I will not visit the hotel again.

Very big and cozy, in the countryside. Room was clean and spacious. Buffet dinner and breakfast were very good. Spa area was really nice.

The staff doesn’t speak or understand english very well, that made it difficult to communicate. We stayed in a family room and the bed wasn’t made for the kids.

- bad English - no bathroops in the room, supposed to be - kids bed wasn’t ready, had to wait about 1 h to get kids bedding’s (about 23 o’clock) and check out was al 10 a’clock

The Hotel was in a good location breakfast was buffet style No toast? many kinds of cheese scrambled eggs sausages bacon beans.No danish pastries or croissants, the food was fresh and well presented, as I said the location of the Hotel, was very good if you like to go for walks semi-rural around the grounds of the hotel .and a great choice if you want a quiet weekend retreat. most of the staff did speak English, so we had no problem on communicating, the Hotel is suitable for disabled people as I am if you are staying in the main building near to reception! as the hotel is made up of three blocks? it's worth noting that each block has a different price per night tariff, the further away from reception the cheaper it is?

I requested a disabled room on this booking, on arrival at the hotel they were somewhat surprised that I was in a wheelchair? I felt that they had issued a room in another block? as I asked to have a room in the main building, the room we were given was clean however was not dressed with towels and had poor lighting there were no bedside tables in-between the beds? the room looked bare, the beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious and dressing gowns were provided. there was ample room in the bathroom for a wheelchair and grab handles fitted near the toilet and sink unit with a tilting mirror.

I really like it’s whole condition - clean, cozy and stylish, spa area is great. The restorant is nice and breakfasts were pretty good too. And one of the best part of our stay is a walking around corral with animals, love it so much and definitely will come back. Special thank to Łukasz for all his help with all issues during our stay and even after it — he really helped us, so much appreciate!

Sometimes it was a bit tough to communicate with the hotel stuff because just only a few workers knew English. There were a few miscommunication situations because of this.
