The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was very nice and the host was friendly. We had a lovely stay.

Everything was fabulous at this location and all the girls loved it. Can't wait to come back some day.

Nothing to complain about.

The guesthouse was as advertised; I think there were 6 rooms that shared one bathroom and one shower/bathroom combo. There's a campground of sorts (campers and tent spread out on the big lawn around the house) so there's lots of people and good energy, but the campers don't use the house. There were two well-equipped clean kitchens that were available for use, and coffee and tea were available for the making. The room was simple but clean and beds were pretty comfy. Our room was near the door and across from the bathroom so it was a bit noisy but that's to be expected. We took an evening walk on a trail alongside a river not far from the guesthouse that the host recommended; it was so quiet and secluded. Great location for a stop along the ring road.

The bunk bed's springs were noisy. But thanks for the ear plugs!

Everything was clean. The house is very warm and welcoming. The owner was great, very friendly and kind. She cooked breakfast for us each morning and kept everything in great conditions. The property is located in a very nice landscape

Late check in easy to figure out. Welcoming porch area with coat racks and shoe racks made us feel right at home. Weird thing to say but I really liked the doors and alcoves. They were a kind of oak finish which made it feel cery luxury. The shared bathroom was great. No one else used it when we needed it and it was super clean. The shower is a rain shower and temperature was perfect. INCREDIBLE VIEWS. easy to find. Parking right outside the door. Friendly and attentive staff. Really laid back and informative. PANCAKE STACK FOR BREAKFAST!

My name was on a white board in the porch with my room number. Whilst this was handy to find my room after hours, I did feel a bit vulnerable as a female guest with my daughter. So I'd recommend initials and surnames instead for data protection and safeguarding.

Our last minute booking turned very well (as actually all on out trip :)). It looks u cant go wrong with guesthouses on Iceland, value for money. Nice location, ideal for bed & breakfast. Nearby hidden local hot outdoor pool, actually oldest on the island. We have enjoyed the breakfst specifically, prepared by great guy who turned to be from Czech republic. Give him payrise 😃 Great pancakes 😜 and thx for nice travel tips - thanks to this overnight we visited “yoda cave” and it was cool.

Amazing location, breathtaking view, felt like we were in a movie. The house was gorgeous, comfortable, well equiped, cosy. The staff was really friendly. The breakfast was really nice. Felt like we were at home.

Eventhough the heating was full on, it was a little bit cold.
