We had an awesome stay at Anna’s house! The house is great for families with kids and you have everything that you need. AC, wifi, kitchen fully equipped, beach stools, parasols and the beds are comfortable. The house was very clean. Anna is available for everything you need. Location is great, 5 minutes walk to the beach and the La Perle restaurant is 3 minutes walk from the house and has great food. I recommend the gnocchi and the risotto. Anna is one of the best hosts we have experienced. I definitely recommend Sand 228 Home!

Absolutely perfect! I mean - all! Cleanliness, great hosts, soft drinks in the fridge, cookies on arrival, fully equipped kitchen with spices, pasta and many more.

Everything was excellent and the owners were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. A bottle of Procceco awaited us along with a beautiful home made cake. Wonderful apartment for a family.

As an older couple it was further from the town than we envisaged but this did not stop us having a good time. Parking in town was tricky.

Very nice and clean apartments with everything that you can imagine. Really 5+ stars equipment. There are 3 rooms look even better than on pictures. About 3 min walk to the nice sea. There are several food shops around 4/10 min walk. You are feeling like at home. Anna is an excellent host, she was very kind and do much over for us during our stay in Terracina. Thank you Anna.
