Very local to Versailles , lovely quiet location , room was clean and fresh . Amazing !

Zeer mooie studio waarin alles aanwezig is. Mooi onderhouden, fijn beddengoed. De mogelijkheid tot het bestellen van ontbijt. Parkeren voor de deur in een afgesloten straatje ( poort op slot ) Op wandel afstand van het kasteel van Versailles.

Het was bijzonder warm toen we daar waren ( 35 graden ) wat maakt dat de studio 's nachts heel erg warm was. Airco zou het verblijf perfect gemaakt hebben.

Location was excellent. Denis was really helpful. Studio was very comfortable.

The location was fantastic, the property had everything needed for your stay, we thought it was great. Denis was so helpful in recommending restaurants and although we didn't meet, he would respond very quickly to messages and help in any way possible.

Great flat in brilliant location for the Palace of Versailles, easy walking distance and also to nice restaurants. And to a supermarket. Lovely and clean, nice outside terrace area, wonderful to have free off-road parking in safe gated area. Great having a fridge and small kitchen area. Nice bathroom. Fantastic restaurant recommendations too. Would return if come back to Versailles and highly recommend.

Parking space could be challenging if you aren't a confident driver - you have to fit into a fairly tight space (though it IS big enough).

Lack of ventilation, the room had no windows it has a patio door which is the only ventilation available, during the evenings or at night the heat in the room was like a sauna. The pillows disintegrated upon touch and the bedding has seen better days, the kitchen (or lack of) the bathroom was ok again no ventilation, extraction etc, the external chairs weren;t safe as they were rotten and wouldn't be safe to sit on between the overgrown garden and dodge external lights that didn't show all the steps down from the drive, overall not a great stay and I wouldn't book this facilitate again (price paid €779.94)

1-The shower area is very small with very shallow basin with no shower curtain. Water spills out easily from the shallow shower basin. 2-The room is small ( stayed in a studio) with very limited space around the bed . It can accommodate 2 people maximum. 3- on your return home the path is steep and challenging as you walk uphill. 4- The breakfast is not included in the high room rate and you should pay for your chosen items. 5- expensive room rate compared to the size and lack of breakfast in the room price .

Only 15 minutes walk to the palace, this is a fantastic 'value for money' find in Versailles. You're five minutes from all the restaurants in the centre of the town too. In a secure location that is really quiet. Our studio apartment was quite hot in the afternoon (but who wants it to rain on their holidays?!?) and the outdoor patio area with its pungent jasmine plant was wonderful for early evening drinks. We never met the owners but their info pack on getting to the property and how to enter etc was 'spot on'.

The studio apartment was situated in a lovely quiet, private area and ideally located to visit all areas of Versailles on foot. Parking at the property was an added bonus. The studio is very well equipped and the patio area is great for outdoor dining. Denis met us on arrival and was a great host giving us lots of tips and information on Versailles which was extremely useful. A great stay in a great location - it made our trip to Versailles extra special.

Everything was excellent - no negatives at all

We were offered fresh bread and pastries from the bakery delivered by Denis in the morning, these were delicious. The hosts were lovely people nothing too much trouble There are also facilities to make breakfast for yourself if you prefer The studio was of the highest standard and very warm and comfortable. Located in a gated private road Location in Versailles close to amenities and 12 minute strain ride to Central Paris We hope to return in the Spring

Absolutely everything ❤ Beautiful hidden little gem. Denis greeted us on arrival we had a safe place to park our car and Denis gave us lots of useful information. The accommodation was a Beautiful quaint place very peaceful and an ideal location.

Excellent location for visiting the Palace of Versailles. Extremely well equipped, I usually find myself hunting around for an iron or teabag etc but not this stay. Nice little private terrace to sit out on and secure parking. Immaculately clean. Host friendly and knowledgeable. Can thoroughly recommend.

The host Denis was exceptional, extremely helpful and accommodating. Location was excellent and the facilities were first class. Nothing to dislike.

The studio is located in a very green and calm neighborhood, on walking distance to Versailles palace and to the 3 RER stations. It a perfect staring point, not only for Versailles, but also to explore and enjoy Paris. The hosts Denis and Natalie are very welcoming, friendly and give precious information for the visit to the palace and the neighborhood - restaurants, transportation, historical and cultural remarks.

Superb location in the centre of Versailles. Host gave us excellent directions ahead of arrival and then explained everything in great detail when we arrived. Also suggested a number of local restaurants and actually phoned our chosen venue to make a reservation for us.

We only had time to stay for one night....!
