the hotel itself is fine, new and confortable

The city is absolutely rubbish, just construction everywhere and traffic jump for more than 3 hours to cross the city. Not for holidays. Full of chinese.. the roads are in the worse status that you can imagine, a 4 wheel drive with difficulties!!!

Firstly, the female staff at the reception is very helpful. The room is exactly you see from the pictures, clean and modern with a 2 minutes walk to Otres beach. The public pool is cute and lively. They even helped to decorate the room with some petals and balloons for my partner's birthday FOC, much appreciated for that.

I guess this is a Sihanoukville thing that you see heavy construction trash, garbage and dust everywhere, cant blame them for that. The place is 30 minutes away from the town, anyway there's nothing worth mention about the town, just stay in the room or go to the islands.
