Our first time visiting, and we will definitely be back! We especially enjoyed the massage chair and the beauty of the whole cabin!

Great location and nice place to stay

This cabin was just as described. beautiful inside and out. a lot of love was put into the detail. loved the free water activities within walking distance. close drive to all the hiking trails, and the best coffee and breakfast spot right at the corner. we saw two deer, blue jays, cardinals, a bunny! so cute, cozy and peaceful.

My roommate and I spent a long weekend at Cut Above Cabins over my birthday weekend. The cabin was themed and named Grand Old World 🌍. The cabin was emaculate and well stocked with many amenities from a full spa upstairs to a luxurious old fashion bath tub in the downstairs bathroom. The landscaping over the entire property is well maintained. These cabins all give a fabulous view of Lake Logan no matter which cabin you choose. I would give Cut Above 6 star review if I could! Thank you Evelyn and your courteous staff for making yet again ..an amazing and peaceful weekend. I will be back again soon! Judee ONeill Akron, Ohio

We rented the property for our anniversary. Everything was perfect. Beautiful view of the lake. Very clean. Close to Logan. Will definitely book again.

Easy to find. Spotlessly clean. Every amenity you could want. The Christmas decorations were over the top. Hot tub was fun, massage chair was great. This is not a cabin, but rather a suite in a lodge. The way it's situated, it feels like a cabin. Near the lake and very close to everything in Logan. An excellent, trouble free weekend.

The detail in this cabin was incredible! While we did run into an issue with the sauna- the hosts responded quickly to my messages. There are quite a few homes/cabins close by, but we ran into no issues and it was quiet.

We love to come for our anniversary in October, but chose September this year due to scheduling…but it didn’t matter! And this year was a lovely surprise due to lighting in the trees, I had never seen any thing so mesmerizing! I can’t wait to come back again next year!

Absolutely beautiful! Everything about the “cabin” was perfect. Beautifully decorated, sparkling clean, comfortable bed, loved the shower….At night small blue twinkle lights come on in the trees around the cabin. After dark with lights turned off…breathtaking!! Grounds are beautiful and just a small walk to the lake! Needed advice on fire pit and someone was there in a matter of minutes! Everything was perfect! Can’t wait to return!!❤️

The pictures are a true representation of the cabin. Simply beautiful, peaceful and clean. Nice veiws. I really enjoyed a few of the little touches the owner provide behind the cabins to try and enrich your stay....wildlife monitoring, tree lighting.

Great place!

The presentation of the Owner's instructions was quite threatening to the point of our walking around on pins and needles in fear the entire stay of doing something wrong and either being locked out or charged a high fee. My wife and I used 1 of the 2 bedrooms in the unit and were charged an additional fee for 2 add-on family members who used the 2nd bedroom for only 2 of our 5 nights. To add insult to injury there was a 3-night minimum charge for both of them. The owner tried to get more money out of us by offering an early check-in for an extra fee and/or an additional day. To start out the fees were very high for this unit and then the add-on for the owner service charge and use of the 2nd bedroom made it even worse. I do not think the cost of this unit was commensurate with the value and would not recommend renting anything from Cut Above Cabins. I will not positively recommend to my friends nor will I return.

Very clean and comfortable. Great amenities and location. Short drive for hiking, boating,and the beach. Exactly like pictures.

The carbin was clean and beautiful. Kayaking was a plus had so much fun on the lake. The hot tub wwas wonderful after a day on lake and hiking

Booked The Grand Old World for two nights for our wedding anniversary. Booking was easy. There is a deposit held. We were okay with that, but just be aware when Booking. All communication was done through email which was perfectly fine. We did have a number to contact, but we didn't need it. The cabin was immaculate. Pictures don't do it justice. Absolutely beautiful. They definitely pay attention to detail. The beds were super comfy. Had the best nights sleep. There are other residents in the area plus the other three attached cabins, however it was super quiet. The hot tub was very clean and newer than most in the hills area. If you are going to hang out with friends and party this is not the place for you, but if you are looking for a romantic and relaxing weekend you should really consider Booking. We know we will be returning.

This is a beautiful place. It is shiny and clean and has great quality everything. Just know that the neighbors are close. This is one of four cabins that are connected and one of 3 others on the same short drive. Everything is very very nice including the listing agent and team.

The apt. was great. Close to eateries, coffee. We loved the firepit, the deer wandering by, and the laser lights in the trees at night were magical. We cooked most of our meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Close to the popular hiking trails. The apt.'s living area is small, but the bedrooms an baths are large. Plenty of towels and linens. We did not use the hottub, but it looked clean and new. The porch area was very nice. We did use the grill only the front part of burners lit up. My only real complaint is the bathroom lighting.....do not plan on putting make-up on in the bathroom. It is very dark and yellow. Bring a mirror and sit on the couch, way better light. I call it an apt. because you share a wall with neighbors. Was not a problem for us. Overall this is a great property with lots of amenities. I would book here again.

Absolutely gorgeous decor

I highly, highly recommend this cabin! The location is great, it is super close to some AMAZING locally owned restaurants and businesses including the best little coffee shop about 1/2 a mile down the road. It is close to some great hiking and other scenery as well! It is not extremely secluded, it is definitely in a more residential area and the hot tub is not very private but it worked great for us! I just say this as a heads up for someone that may want to be more secluded. The host was very helpful and responsive as well! I will also say that if you have more than two people or are staying more than two nights, bring extra full size towels as we barely had enough for two of us for two nights. Overall, a very nice and clean cabin, we would stay here again for sure!

Very pleased with the accommodations. The place was on the small size but in a positive way. It was very cozy. The view was amazing. We actually got to see some deer. The squirrels were fun to watch as well.

2nd time staying here and will recommend to all my friends and family!

The luxury cabin was very beautiful and very clean. All amenities were superb and extremely convenient Location -wise to all of the hiking trails and it was fantastic to come back after hiking and relax in the hot tub.

Clean and very cozy. Enjoyed the beautiful views and all the amenities. Wish I would of paid attention better and brought KCups for the Kerig. The little coffee pot available was just a bit to tiny for us and required multiple brewing for morning fill ups. We just loved this place and everything else was just 5 stars.
