Good location
Could have done with another comfy chair one of you had to always sit on the bed or use a wooden chair

The hosts were amazing from being shown around to being given fresh home made bread. It's peaceful . Due to work I couldn't return for 2 nights in my stay and it was notice by them I was given a curtsey call to make sure I was ok and there were no issues.
Everything you need is in this apartment. 2 ring hob ,microwave and fridge.
The balcony at the entrance is lovely spent a few nights sat out as the weather was good.
The only real let down was the bed. It just needs replacing... it's not suitable for people who have problems with stairs as the appointment is above the garage.
Maybe a freshen up of decorating .

Is situated in quite area.
In booking was info about dining area and living area, which not exist. Room is very small with kitchenette.
After my fiance birthday we had plan to relax next day but they was cutting gras and ennoy with so noise, we even couldn't eat breakfast. This is very disrespectful for holidayers.

Studio flat was well appointed. Kitchen area was compact, but well stocked. There was Milk in the fridge and a freshly baked loaf was also provided by the hosts. (most welcome!) and a delicious pack of welsh cakes. I was impressed with the innovative storage solution the clothing and jacket storage cupboard is set back into the wall. Giving both practicality and extra space in the room. The bed was super comfortable.
The accommodation is a handy 10 minute drive from Brecon. So location is good.
Had pleasant week week and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful location and within walking distance from Beacon. A half hour walk but it’s doable.

Quiet, secluded and peaceful. Not far from the many many walks in and around the Brecon Beacons. The hosts were very welcoming, interesting and pleasant to talk to. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette had everything we needed for a short stay. Also - good value for money, especially in that particular area.

Beautiful surrounding location and situated a good distance from some great walks in the Brecon Beacons (roughly 30 min drive away).
Facilities were comfy and cosy! Our hosts were absolutely lovely and treated us to a homemade loaf and Welshcakes when we arrived.
Only minor - the knives in the kitchen were quite dull so could do with sharpening!

Small very comfortable self-contained property. Although joined with the owners property has its own entrance. Owner very kindly left a pint of milk in the fridge and a loaf of warm bread, welsh cakes and chocolates for our arrival.
Nothing to dislike - the property is as described.

The house is in a beautiful quite location, sourranded by nature and close to the town centre.
Nice place to stay, has the appliances to keep you warm in the cold weather.
The house has need to be more maintain, to reach a high standard as it deserves.
Because: there were several cobwebs, and upon on arriving was a strong smell of disinfectant that took ages to go, need some cleaning brushes in the bathroom, and saucepans are unhealthy.

Very well designed and throughout space for two people. Location is great great river walks close by and the lovely town of Brecon close by. Comfy bed, good fridge with ice box, electric hot plate and micro wave worked well, no oven but not a problem. Host very nice and helpful. All in all very comfy and cosy place to stay.

Great location for exploring the Brecon Beacons. The property is in a quiet area where you can hear lots of birdsong!

We loved the small space, felt very relaxing and great to spend time together. The little veranda with chairs and a table were an excellent addition, where we spent our evenings drinking cold beers and reading until sunset. There’s literally a walk on the doorstep, go left out of the property and follow the walking sign on the right hand side of the road to the river, then follow the path/river, pass the boat house and you’ll end up looking towards a bridge; there’s a little building next to a car park called Cat Soup Kitchen, and they’ve got tables and chairs overlooking the river, a perfect spot for a refreshing drink and snack!
The window facing the road is very visible from the driveway, but we just pulled the curtain across no bother!
