The property overlooks the river and has a great view.
The directions were inaccurate and the property was difficult to find especially as the hosts failed to tell us that the road, (and most direct route) was closed this was despite speaking to them the day before for the key code. The road had been closed off for at least 5 weeks.

The freezer was over frozen and the door doesn’t shut we was unable to use the freezer from the first day

Location fabulous
Kitchen bin lid broken. Bathroom had sewerage smell. A hairdryer would of been useful. Please mention the steep steps so potential guests are made aware.

the property was excellent, had all mod cons & the views were wonderful over the river. the tiered terrace area was great
the stairs are steep leading down to the cottage but this is to be expected, so not suitable for those with mobility issues

This property is not suitable for people with any mobility issues due to the extremely steep access steps. As a result we were not able to stay in it and had to find alternative accommodation.

mattresses wasn’t great, shower leaks, no recycle bin, no clear instructions on how to leave the property do beds need to be stripped etc

Lovely and clean, nice size, everything we needed. Comfy bed. Beautiful balcony overlooking estuary. Gorgeous views.
Wi-Fi worked great but use the password on the router not the one in the welcome email.
Parking easy in public car park.
Be aware that it was very difficult to get the hour parking to unload. However, it was possible to park to unload quickly just outside the property.

We loved the view and the house was warm and comfortable in December. There was plenty of crockery and cooking equipment. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine. Easy to get to nice walks and into Looe. We were lucky with the weather and walked to Polperro. We also walked the other way to Milandreth.
The steps to the property are steep and narrow. This was fine for us but could be difficult if you have small children or are elderly.
