Hotel is very good, staff are super friendly and helpful especially the girl and the guy mr. Omar at the reception, good location near to the center, clean room, decent food.

This hotel is exceptional value for money. Location is fair but ideal if you like a quieter property. Rooms are spacious and are spotlessly clean. Very good breakfast
Our double bed had sagged a little but as long as you avoided the edge it was very comfortable. The bedroom decor is totally 70’s. Not my taste but some may like it!

My room was very clean and extra large. The staff couldn’t speak much English but were friendly, helpful and professional.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Very helpful and kind staff and decent enough breakfast. The stay was comfortable and quiet enough. And the location is right at the heart of the city.

Room was very spacious and had all amenities (robe, TV, toiletries, coffee/tea, glases...), Check-in/out was quick, English was sufficient, we could book airport transfer (normal costs), the breakfast was very good with a lot of variety
The slippers were the thinnest, would be great to switch up the quality

Breakfast was great, coffee, toasts, salads, eggs, pastries and fruits, local dishes. Clean room, great location, in center of Bishkek. Team was great, everyone made me feel comfortable and they are very responsive, friendly, attentive, and helpful.
WiFi was a bit slow but it worked for all my needs.

The breakfast was great. The coffee was good. The room was spacious and very clean. It was snowing and the staff invited the nurse to the hotel to do the PCR test.

Fantastic and plentiful breakfast. I asked for yoghurt and toast and got so much more. Boiled eggs, pancakes, biscuits, croissants, jam, tea, juices, fruit, etc. It was all delicious.
Plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware. Also had a fridge, microwave and kettle.
Shower was very good, good pressure and had the option of both a regular shower or overhead and easy to operate which is not always the case.
It would have been good to have a lift but the stairs are not steep and it was a good bit of exercise! It is a but noisy at night and early in the morning but you are in a city so that's to be expected.
