Le confort général et le rapport qualité/prix pour une chambre de 4 personnes. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment bien également. Le personnel est très accueillant et souriant.

De kamer! Zeer felle verlichting (pijn aan de ogen!), geen nachtkastje, veel te weinig stopcontacten, gehorig ("culinair" restaurant onder onze kamer, lawaai van gasten tot bijna middernacht), geen haken of planken in kamer, noch badkamer noch douche om iets op neer te leggen of op te hangen, onhandige indeling van de kamer. Alles dus zeer minimaal. Misschien zijn de kamers in het andere pand, boven het "normale" restaurant, beter. 's Ochtends bij vertrek lukte het ons niet de voordeur op slot te doen, zoals ons was verzocht. Ik heb diverse malen gebeld (nummer dat op de app van Booking wordt genoemd), maar ik kreeg alleen een bandje met openingstijden van het restaurant te horen. Ontbijt werd ons niet genoemd, 's ochtends was er in beide panden niemand aanwezig. Ontbijten bij de plaatselijke bakker was een goed idee. We komen niet terug bij hotel De La Croisee... €85,- was véél te veel!

Poncin ist ein altes hübsches Städtchen. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer ist renoviert, neue Dusche mit Glas und Lavabo, separates WC mit Lavabo. Mit Heizung. Das Auto konnten wir auf dem Dorfplatz parkieren. Im dazu gehörenden Restaurant haben wir fein gegessen und auch das Frühstück liess keine Wünsche offen.

Very nice quiet location used as a one night stopover en-route to Florence.
Freindly staff with a nice welcome. Unfortunatley we missed breakfast as a change of our plan and timing meant we had to leave early. Would definatley stay again..

Good location in a pretty village square with parking, offering clean, comfortable family rooms.
Our room was in a newly acquired building, which was still being converted, so there were lots of building works going on. Our room was clean and comfortable, but the quality of the furniture was average. Breakfast was ok.
Booked a table at the restaurant for dinner. Pizzas were not available (the pizza chef had injured his hand), which took away at least half the menu. The waitress told us that the special, a fondue, was for a minimum of four people, but later we saw a couple sharing one. Wine ordered was not available. The food that we did have was ok.

Bed super comfy. Host very friendly. The room was ok for one person. The shower box wasn't large enough for me and I am not that tall, only 5'7. The shower nozzle could only be positioned horizontally, which I found a bit uncomfortable to point the stream down. The hot water is way too hot if you are not careful with the tap. I booked there because of the price and vicinity of where I was. The only think I would improve is the breakfast. It was full of cheese, but not ham or eggs or any other nutrient ingredients. There was only one croissant and a couple of plum-cakes. Not a lot of choices. Overall I was very satisfied even though of the few odds here and there. I slept very well for 12 hours and had a pleasant stay until I left early in the morning. I would recommend for a night or two.
Shower nozzle horizontal position only. Try to fix that and would be fine. Be careful with going all hot water because is deadly boiling. Point water mixer in the middle. Breakfast a bit lousy with only cheese and 1 croissant.

The room was so small, that we could not even open the bathroom door properly because it It hit the bed.It was difficult even to walk inside the room.No shampoo, no place for luggage.Poorly decorated.When I contacted the staff to ask about the possibility of a bigger room, since we were 3, they just hung up on me.Twice.
We could find informations written down in a folder, including that we could communicate with the staff in English too.Unfortunately this was not true.

Location was great and the staff very friendly! The hotel was clean and the bed confortable. We had a good night rest and aldo had dinner at a restaurant in town (not the one suggested by the hotel because that one is a bit pricey) and it was excellent!
Stairs were quite small to carry a baby to the second floor and the room was very very small for the price. We stayed for one night so we didn't have suitcases in the room, only pijamas and toothbrushes. More than that would have been difficult to fit in the room. I also booked and pay for a family, quadruple room and I requested an extra cot bed, but I was given a triple room with a cot bed. I didn't like that.

Noisy room which led straight onto the street. Woken up several times by restaurant staff talking and smoking outside the door. Breakfast buffet very poor value for money.
