It’s very comfortable for the price and situated in a prime location with access to a lot amenities

I had a not so pleasant experience with a nosy guard that kept making comments about me which made me and a friend who paid me a visit there very uncomfortable. The property is nice but this alone makes me reconsider if I’ll go back there again

They charge taxes and fees but didn’t provide a bill even I requested one, just took the cash

The host and her staff is so hospitable. All my request was granted. I really love the location because we can clearly see the city lights from our room. :) The room is so exceptionally clean it so comfortable.

Good enough for a night. Small room and simple bedding but it's fine for one night and close to everything. There's a pool too. Owner was very good to communicate with and the lady who checked us in was great. Nice view of CCLEX bridge too.

Bedding and towels could be better

During check in the host talk to the cleaning lady and called me a kagwang which she probably think i didnt understand, but i think it was very disrespectful. Also the condo was infested with ants.

The whole experience was good. All basic needs are there. It's more cost effective than booking a hotel. I mean you got a microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, pan, internet, netflix. I mean everything plus the view. It's a practical option for those who want a combination of mini luxury in a budget.

I noticed some minimal personal issues only. I would suggest white bed sheets, pillow cases, and towels. A little maintenance for the shower head and it's all good. Staff is good too.

Great location and central to malls, restaurants and bars. The apartment was simple but had all of the basic essentials. It was also clean and comfortable.

Very convenient at the center of Cebu and well equipped apparement.

The reception and security, particularly at night, were exceedingly rude and illmanered. The security said FUCK YOU to me and refused to give his name when I complained about the tv not working. Exceptionally long waiting times for the elevator

The sewer must have been backup in another unit because that smell was horrible throughout the stay and the owner of the unit 17W was charging higher prices for a studio and other units was much less for more it wasn’t updated so I was curious the price increase from what was offered on booking I think it should be removed from booking.com

The host arrived to let me in early and even let me check in at 1pm. The internet was 15mb which is enough for online meetings and better than anywhere I've stayed in the Philippines, so I was very happy, although the router is not in the room and disappeared a few times for about twenty seconds, and opening websites was a little slow. For normal meetings it''s fine, and streaming videos was fine. The shower was warm, and the place was mostly quiet. The staff at reception are very polite, and the location is next to a 7-11, close to several bars and the central square [Fuente Circle] so good location. I would definitely stay here next time I'm in Cebu, especially as even 15mb internet is so hard to find here.

The bed was a little hard, and there was no dish-washer, even though this is listed on the amenities on the booking page. There's not much soundproofing from the hallway, so in the morning when people were leaving I was woken up for a few minutes, but everyone on the floor was very quiet. I could hear cockerels crowing at 3am in the morning, but it's not loud enough to wake you up, just a little annoying if you're trying to sleep. The place was also a bit run down looking with cheap furniture, but everything worked very well. These should only be seen as small issues, as I could happily stay in the apartment for several weeks.

Great location, main area was very clean. Beautiful view of the city and sea. Hostesses were nice. Excellent water pressure in the shower which can be rare in Philippines.

The front door lock is a bit wonkey. Bathroom needs a good deep cleaning. Water spots were all over the shower glass.

The elevator it sucks and we waited for too long in order to used it since a lot of people in line because its only two elevator working that time and take note they have limits on how many people to used, we had our baby with us and its quite inconvenience for us

10 minute wait for elevators every time. Cleaners use guest elevator. 1 hour to check in 4 levels of people for everything. TV did not work. Very congested loby at all times. Would never go back. Owners don't like renters there.
