The property was truly stunning! Everything from the lobby, check-in area, cocktail lounge, and our room was absolutely amazing. This hotel and staff truly pay attention to the details. We felt so welcomed and cared for from the moment we arrived. The concierge showed us around the hotel, and personally took us to our room. The staff in the cocktail lounge and restaurant were friendly and attentive. They were true professionals. The breakfast was delicious and fresh each morning. This may be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I would recommend it 100% to anyone who comes to Porto!

This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It was truly a unique experience and I felt like I was actually staying in a castle! The bedrooms were wonderfully decorated and very spacious. The beds were soooo comfortable! They also have a fantastic cafe and library which was amazing! I will absolutely visit Porto again and when I do, I will be staying here.

Mención especial merece la cafeteria del primer piso Una patisserie donde se podia degustar de un buen cafe, un postre frances en un grato ambiente.

El bar es un bonito ambiente, pero nos dias que estuvimos estuvo vacio.

This hotel was the highlight of our 2 week trip to Portugal. There are not enough words to truly express our fabulous experience at this hotel. From the moment of check-in to departure.Perfect in every way. We had a last minute air cancellation back to US and the night receptionists found flights for us, when Viking was unavailable.

The breakfast had a good variety. Loved the comfy bar/sitting area.

The sitting area in the room was uncomfortable and unpleasant, it felt like you were squashed into the wardrobe.

The hotel and the attention to detail in every piece of the design and the staff were so attentive and lovely. They really went out of their way to make it a special stay for my family and my best friend.

nothing... honeslty. If I were to say something.. it would be that the parking arrangments were the only thing that might present some challenge. However, we didn't drive and the location is superb so it was all good.

Beautiful hotel, in the heart of Porto, everything walking distance. Cars can still pick you up if you go to the beach or restaurant out of the center. Calm cosy and comfortable. I would go back in a heartbeat.

This is a really unique hotel. Exquisitely luxurious and yet you feel you are at a friend’s house (if you have very rich friends 😂). It’s tasteful and comfortable and the staff is amazing. Also, very well located. Breakfast is amazing.

They provided excellent recommendations regarding restaurants, sightseeing, transportation and facilitated a wonderful holiday in all respects. The full package - great location, beautifully restored building, spacious rooms with cool interior design, friendly staff and great breakfast.

There is really nothing to complain about - there is no parking but the staff will valet the car to a nearby garage, which only takes 10 minutes. The breakfast was lovely and made us want to try to restaurant 'Blind' but we didn't have enough time.

It was an amazing, luxurious , beautifully decorated, comfortable and friendly boutique hotel. We were fully accommodated in every level . It is located perfectly to explore the city

The shower head water pressure was low and it a while for the water to warm up
