We had a blast a staying here! The room was wonderful, spacious with gorgeous designs and the tub, oh my, the tub was just so relaxing and cozy! We eat vegan food and the owner, Salvatore, made such a magical breakfast for us each morning. We also loved how the time for the breakfast was not set, but how we could just tell him when we wished to have our breakfast and he served it promptly in the beautiful garden (we like sleeping-in during our vacation and not to have an early time/time-limited breakfast to adapt to). He was also generous with advice on what to explore and not. Moreover, the fully equipped kitchen and cure terrace was much enjoyable, as was Ascoli. This place is a gem and everything about it was such a delightful experience!

Villa Fortezza is located beautifully on the hills of Ascoli Piceno. It’s quiet with a fantastic view and the center can be reached on foot in 10 minutes using the stairs. Salvatore is an extraordinary host, a lovely person, incredibly friendly and polite. He personally serves a delicious breakfast with local products, homemade jam and homegrown tomatoes. His recommendations of places and food were great, he always has time for a chat and a smile. He is the heart and soul of Villa Fortezza! We will definitely come back! Grazie per tutto, Salvatore!!!

Very special design, mixing the antique with the contemporary. Beautiful view. Located in a quiet and ancient park. Generous and very kind host. Spacious room.

It is on the top of a hill, so although it is not far from the "centro storico", in the way back it is not an easy walk.
