Чисто, уютно, хорошие домики. Двухэтажные коттеджи тоже не плохие, хоть и попроще. Горячая вода есть, белье чистое, кровати мягкие. Без живности. Приезжали уже во второй раз в него, устраивает.
Стройка и шум за отелем. Если жить в одних из первых домов, то слышно не будет, а кому достанется двухэтажный дом в конце -придется рано просыпаться.

The breakfast was ok
The place I stayed was badly built, No insonerisotion from people on other floor. Panels missing, gaps in exterior so mosquitos can come through. Some of the reception staff were rude, Sai for example. Bad communication leading up to my stay also.

Staffs we’re really nice
Secluded places with just the hype nothing as per the pictures shown and not worth the money … bad chairs in balcony …..so no point of taking the balcony and pool front rooms which is expensive

Reception would barely pick up calls from the room and House keeping line was always busy.

Entrance to Hotel very narrow, Room service poor,Wood cottages are Double storied,,we we're on ground floor, upstairs people were making v noise,

Hi guys , pls take a comment as seriously as we visited this resort booked for two days but canceled one day because there were Russians staying more than a month who is disturbing a lot and making scary voices and didn't let sleep whole night ,if we call staff there is no respond and manager sushideep didn't take any responsibility just run for booking the rooms there no concern what we have suffer please dnt prefer woodens huts

Rooms are ok, pool is also ok, location is moderate. SPA was not functional
Restaurant has very few options, being in goa they don't have good seafood variety. On 31st night they had no event and kitch3n closed at 10.30 pm Absolute Joke.

I like the ambience and the room location
The staffs are little careless and not flexible. I kept garbage and plates outside 3 days no one took that i told them several times. Their restaurant close 10pm after u want something they don't give anything. Menu is not at all great also little higher side. I don't know they're in goa or some remote place. It's worth for only room and ambience.

Breakfast was great.
Very few amenities were provided. No dryer in the room. Hot water worked only for few minutes and then would be converted into cold water. Location was very odd, couldn’t find anything. Cab service at that location is terrible.

As per the price of breakfast they are charging they have less options been to other resorts too in Goa they serve better at the same price
