Very clean, super friendly staff, close to everything downtown at a great price l.

Loved everything.

The staff was amazing so nice and welcoming even at 1 in the morning when I went to purchase snacks.

I didnt like that my room seemed like it wasn't done being cleaned. We had no tissue, the pull out bed had not been put away properly. The bathroom didnt look like it had been cleaned very well. I didn't complain or take pictures because I just didnt see the point anymore. It was close to 4 pm and I was there for a concert that I needed to leave shortly for. I just got out my clorox wipes and wiped everything down. If I wasn't so excited about my concert I would have complained.

So many things were wonderful! The bed, the colors of the room (they weren’t ugly and bright like most rooms). There were many different lighting options, warm light is important to me! a sweet view of the city surrounding us. The pool area was gorgeous! Staff was friendly at front desk. And wow, the bed was incredibly comfortable. Check out at twelve is unheard of. Nice ;)

So, this may be nothing but. We were in the pool area and a staff member was having her break there, she didn’t smile, say good evening, or any of the things to make us feel invited. I kind of felt like a nuisance, as though I were interrupting her lunch hour? A little odd. And in our room there was no bathtub(our son has autism and usually requires a tub) but we faired alright. The fridge was ultra tiny as well hahaha we carry a lot of food/drinks on us.

I liked that the property was very clean and quiet. Even when located in Downtown.

I originally booked a King bedroom but the bed seemed as if it was a Queen size.

Loved the room and pool area. Went to ballgame 2 nights.

Staff not very friendly. Limited hours on the "restaurant " downtown map would be helpful. No one could tell us about the trolley and how to catch

The proximity to downtown was convenient and we could go back and forth from the hotel to downtown in just 5 min. The room was clean and comfortable and we had a nice view of the city.

perfect hotel for stay in El Paso. the gym had a nice view and a pool was also available. the room was very spacious!

Friendly staff and clean rooms

Thermostat broken upon arrival. Yasmine did a great job addressing it and moving us to another room, but it took a while, and I was overheated while trying to get ready for a dinner reservation. Also, the air freshener in the lobby is too strong and nauseating. I struggled to eat breakfast because it was so overpowering.

Very clean. Nice decor. Friendly desk staff.

The breakfast was just a voucher for Starbucks. I much prefer buffet breakfast. I don’t eat a lot by I like a small variety. Not very kid friendly.
