Ana was very helpful and gave good suggestions for our time in Dubrovnik. The apartment was well equipped with thoughtful touches which made for a pleasant stay.

The place was in a great location in Old Town and had everything needed. The place is clean and comfortable for visiting Dubrovnik. We enjoyed our stay and also really appreciated the extra service provided by the host to make our stay even more enjoyable.

The only things to note is as in all of Dubrovnik there are many old steps to get to and from the apartment which could be difficult for some travellers.

Fresh and welcoming suite with attention to details. It is in a charming and quiet residential location near to the walls of the city. Great restaurants near by. The owners were exceptionally helpful and accommodating.

One of the best apartments from booking.com I have ever been to! Ana is super nice and helpful person, the apartment is big, cozy and super clean. There was everything we needed and even more. Location is great, close to everything, but at the the same time it's far from street crowds and restaurant noises, it was very quiet at night. It's on the ground floor which means a lot as Dubrovnik streets have maaany stairs. Air conditioning helped us to survive the heat. Highly reccomended!

We had an exceptional experience. Ana and her husband could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Their warm hospitality made our stay a truly memorable experience. Could not ask for a better location in Old Town!

Lots of stairs to get there but that is true of everywhere in Old Town.

This place was in a great location near the Buza gate. The host was wonderful and met us early and let us put our luggage in the place while she was finishing up cleaning. The house was clean, spacious, had a beautiful landing out front. It was very easy to get to the old town.

As most of Dubrovnik, you will have to climb lots of stairs to get to and from the apartment. Make sure you can handle climbing a good 5 stairs of stone flights from the center of Old Town.

Ana is such a lovely host. She allowed me to drop off luggage early which meant she had to meet me there. We had a lovely chat over coffee. Walking the outside wall eliminates numerous steps.

Tenant on the floor above walked and spoke very loudly. Luckily it was for short periods of time, so tolerable.

The host was very helpful and kept in touch before our arrival to arrange handover.

Everything. Fabulous apartment, within about 150m of the Main Street of the old City of Dubrovnik. Spotlessly clean. Spacious, comfortable bedrooms. The host Ana and her husband were amazing. Met us off the shuttle bus from the airport, took us to the apartment (before check in time), showed us everything, gave us great recommendations for bars and restaurants. There was everything you would need in the apartment as well as Coffee, sugar, porridge, beer, coke, water, biscuits. All the toiletries you would need, beautiful towels. They even kept out luggage and brought it to the shuttle bus for us later in the day……..that was going above and beyond and was hugely appreciated. I would highly recommend this apartment……..and I’m not easy to please!!!!

Situated in a quiet part of the Old Town this is an ideal spot to explore Dubrovnik. The airport transfer arranged by the owners was great. Access to anywhere in the Old Town is via many steps and getting to the Apartment is no exception. For a long weekend the Apartment had toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets and everything else required. Beds were comfortable and the Apartment was far enough away from the main tourist areas to be quiet at night. Sitting out by the Apartment in the evening was a bonus. The Apartment was clean and well cared for.

Great location within the old city walls - very close to a street of restaurants, the supermarket and of course the main sights. The hosts were as the name of their apartment indicates - very welcoming - providing us with a lot of information and tips about the area.

Unprepared for the strenuous physical task of getting our luggage to the apartment. The stairs and the cobbled pathways can make it difficult. That said, Welcome Apartment probably has one of the shortest routes to reach and other apartments within the old city can be a lot trickier to access with luggage. We found a great porter service to help us on departure.

Everything was wonderful.

The only problem was there was nothing to mention that the apartment is at the top of around 100 steps which was difficult when arriving and departing with a suitcase.
