My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay. The apartment was cozy and had a lot of amenities - the hair dryer came in handy, as did the iron! There was even some bread and fruit for us, and plenty of condiments. The noise from the road could be startling at times but it didn’t affect my sleep. Larry, the property manager, was helpful and fun to chat with at check-in. I would recommend this spot!

My partner and I stayed for one night while on a road trip, and this place was perfect for our needs. The neighborhood felt safe but was still reasonably close to downtown, and having dedicated off street parking was nice. Check-in was easy, and we appreciated knowing that someone was on-site at all times. The apartment itself was cute and well-appointed, including coffee and snacks! Would definitely stay again.

This was my second time staying here. The price is great and the apartment is well equipped with condiments, storage wraps, apples and snacks. The apartment is smoke free and very clean. It’s easy access to I15 enabled me to be at Park City in about 40 minutes.

This quaint apartment was a perfect stop for our one night in Salt Lake City. Perfect sized kitchen with everything we needed & more, great bathrooms and an excellent bed! The whole process was so smooth and made the trip so relaxing!

We had a quick overnight stay in this location. The house was clean and had a lot of information for the area available. The building manager was friendly and available. Overall a cute and perfect sized apartment for the 2 of us.

The apartment was just as advertised. A very short drive into downtown SLC. Communication with the owner was easy and he was super helpful. It was also a very reasonable rate. We'd definitely stay here again.

Perfect location to go out adventuring or a great place to relax in the apartment, too. I really enjoyed my stay here!

It was as good looking in person as it was online. Very cute place. Met the owner and he couldn't have been nicer. I would totally recommend this place to anyone.

Cozy, comfortable and convenient! Came to Salt Lake to visit family during a big snowstorm. They adapted to my changed arrival plan. Everything I needed was here- plus some amenities (lovely teas, bread and eggs). Quiet, safe neighborhood.

I came for 9 days and to do family genealogy at the LDS Family Centre. The location was perfect....a one block walk from this Vrbo and a stop 1 block from the Family centre. The apartment is well appointed and Larry, the manager wonderful. The water, coffee and snacks a welcome.

This is always a great place to stay and owner goes above and beyond with extras like eggs, bread, and other foods. Thank you!

Place was spotless and very organized. All the little extras were a nice touch. On site manager, Larry, is great at greeting you and giving advice. Also loved the porch...made it homey

Great little one bedroom for 1-2 guests. The property is very clean and had everything I needed for a business trip. The traffic is a little loud on the nearby streets so maybe not the best for sleeping in but fine for a non-vacation stay. The property manager was very helpful and was on site if I had needed anything, which I didn't :-)

So pleased to have stayed here. Everything is as advertised and lovely clean accommodation. The sunsets on the porch were just beautiful.

David's place is always very clean and he goes above and beyond to make his guests comfortable.

I loved staying in this cozy apartment! The personal touches, like live plants and eggs in the fridge are above and beyond what I had hoped for. The bed was comfortable too. There’s a small parking lot as well. If I’m back in SLC area in need of a place to stay, I will check here again.

This is a great location! We had an awesome time and would stay here again. I can't express enough how happy we are with this apartment and the owners. They were not only helpful, but flexible.

Excellent place! Little touches- hair dryer, coffee, bread and eggs. It was a pleasant stay. Traffic is right at the front of the building so if you want to sleep in that noise may interfere.

We came for a quick 2 day vacation to Lagoon and were so happy with every single aspect of the property. The location was close to everything we wanted to do and there was easy access to the freeway. The property was clean and accurate to the pictures that were advertised. Perfect size for two of us and we were not disappointed with our stay! Highly recommend this spot to anyone that is visiting and exploring around Salt Lake City!!

This place was amazing. My girlfriend and I took a vacation to Utah just exploring and this place had a perfect location right off the highway so we could hop on and go anywhere. The fridge was stocked with bread and other food, Sheila even brought over eggs for us when we got there. You can’t beat the price for this place either, if I ever come back to Salt Lake I will definitely try to stay here again.

I’ve stayed at this property many times now, it is always extremely clean, offers many little snacks, fruit and breakfast items free of charge and has a great little park right across the street with a 1/3 walkway to run around. Super convenient location for traveling around the Salt Lake area.
