Nice country setting with lots of room for the 11 of us. We had a great time and made so many family memories. They had all the amenities we needed. Loved the pool. Scalloping wasn’t that great but the springs were awesome. Kids played in the springs and we came back and enjoyed the pool. Thanks for letting us stay at your home.

My family and I had a Great Stay at the Hideaway in Homosassa, Florida. The accomodations were Perfect! Everything was Great, Clean, Well taken care of! Anything you could need was there! I brought my own Blow Dryer but there was one there! Games were abundant for the Grandchildren, the pool was a hit! Will definately visit again! The Owner and Caretaker were on Spot! You definately need to see this Jewel of a Home!

Centrally located to several great day adventures. Air conditioning was noted to not be working on Thursday after arriving Wednesday night. Was fixed after our departure the following Wednesday. Concerns with cleanliness, lack of cleaning supplies and toiletries were addressed with homeowner who was addressing with 3rd party cleaning company to resolve future issues.

This is our 2nd year staying here! There is everything you need to have a perfect family get away! Close to Crystal River we always rent a boat on day and then spend our rest of the time in the pool

Upon arrival, the home had not been cleaned but after a few phone calls people were sent to remedy the situation. the owner was was quick to respond along with the property manager. The home was very comfortable with lots of space and the pool well taken care of. There was some confusion on how to get the main tv to work on the local channels but overall a very nice home. The location was a little challenging to find and took me about a week to figure out if I was driving to and from all the fun things there are to do in Homosassa.

Nice place to stay and close to several areas

The screened in pool area was the gem of this house, but everything about it was clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and easy to deal with. If you are arriving after dark, be careful. The road took a turn we couldn't see because the road was covered in sand and we were stuck in sand for a few minutes, but ultimately able to get out without much problem. Overall a fun and relaxing short vacation with friends.

I can't say enough good things about our stay in this home in Homosassa. The home was updated, clean, and comfortable. We had a party of 6, 3 adults and 3 children ages 8, 4, and 3 with plenty of room. The kitchen had all utensils needed to cook and the outdoor grill was fantastic for dinners. There were games, books, and puzzles for evening entertainment and the pool was amazing after out adventuring during the hot days. Owner and property manager are friendly and available available with any need. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place as a vacation spot.

Clean, VERY well stocked. Looks just like it’s pictures. Comfortable beds, sofa, updated everything. The only thing I will say is that the vacuum is like a tank😊 heavy. Convenient to all attractions and removed enough for privacy and quiet. I would rent again without hesitation. Thank you

We had a great stay. The property was nice, clean and the pool was refreshing. Great communication with property owners. Would definitely stay again.

It misrepresented the sleeping area, saying it sleeps 11 when there were only two queen beds, one bunk bed and one futon. The sleeping area with the futon had no heat and it was freezing, cold 40° in the middle of the night. We were supposed to have a heated pool with a pool cover. The pool pump broke down after two days and there was no pool cover to insulate it from loosing heat. We had small children with us and the safety gate around the pool was broken this made the pool un safe to be around. The last five days of our vacation we could not use the pool which we paid for. It was one of the main reasons that we rented this property because we brought four children with us. Another thing we found really uncomfortable is the owner had video cameras all around the whole property, watching us at all times. You could tell they were active as as we walked past them. The lights on the cameras would come on. I would never recommend this place ever to anyone.. we asked if they fix the pool when they gave us a couple extra days to be able to use it. They said they would but they never got the pool fixed so we left right on time.

This property was a find. Privacy was just what I was looking for, very clean. The pool was awesome. Everything maintained nicely. Property Owner was very nice and caring. Would love to rent here again.

Very clean. I was so impressed with all of that was provided. Basically bring your clothes and some food. Communication with the property manager was very through and gracious. We really enjoyed the pool.

This is a lovely place to stay close to everything a person could desire to do. The home was immaculately clean & comfortable with everything you needed at your fingertips. The hosts were exceedingly responsive to any questions, very reachable. So much to see and do, we will be back!

Last year it was just the two of us. Had a great time! This year, the kids and grandkids joined us. All agreed that it was just perfect. Close to so many things to see and do, not to mention they loved the pool. Will be making plans for next year!!! Thank you for the best family vacation!!

Reaching property owners was very easy and they were a big help. I feel that the home needs to be deep cleaned more often and pool floaties need to be sorted as some had mildew all over them. Also needs to be better stocked with cleaning supplies and other items for guests.

The pool is deep on the far end and shallower by the steps in. The bench by the deep end was so much fun when wanting to cool off and hang out. The house was absolutely adorable and very tastefully done, and remarkably spacious. I love that the property is tucked away, yet a mere 10 minute drive from groceries, restaurants, and other shops. There’s a beach only about 15 min away, and the natural springs are quite close as well. Nature abounds, without a single siren screeching through the air, and zero traffic sounds. It was a perfect little paradise, comfortably sleeping six adults, with ample room for more. Birds Underwater gave me the manatee tour of my dreams, and this house quickly became home for all of us. We’re now hoping to go once a year, and can’t wait to go back!

We rented a place to have a small get together before a wedding and this was absolutely perfect!

This Property is close to all the amenities, grocery stores and restaurants but also off the beaten path. About ten minutes from the boat ramp. Very quiet neighborhood. House is perfect for our annual scalloping trip with lots of yard to park our multiple boats. Nice to come back and cool off in the pool and make dinner in the fully stocked kitchen. This was our second year and will probably book it next year.

Easy to rent, good communication w owner from check in through stay. Nice, quiet location, very safe and secure for our boat. We were gone most days but the house was always nice to return to and the pool was a great option.

This property is excellent if you are looking for a quiet get away. Amenities are superb and the pool is a nice touch for play.

The booking process, property manager/owner communication was great, home was clean and supplied with everything we needed. Pool was perfect and lots of floats and extra for the kids to enjoy. Property was exactly as described and plenty of room for our 4 full size trucks, 32' camper and boat trailer. We will book this property for future vacations and will recommend this it to others!
